Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

The aim of this study is to analysis the impact of MIS on its dimensions in performance management In the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher tested the hypothesis of the study using multiple regression analysis, descriptive statistics, and Several conclusions found in the study; namely: There is an impact of management information systems on managing the performance of employees as a whole in telecommunications companies in the Sultanate of Oman. There is an impact of MIS on the performance management (performance planning) on the telecommunications companies in the Sultanate of Oman. While the results indicated that the software components and networks of management information systems do not affect the employee's performance management concerning performance planning.There is an impact of information management systems (human resources, software, networks) on the employees’ performance management represented the performance audit, and follow-up in the telecommunications companies in the Sultanate of Oman. While the results indicated that the material resources, and the MIS database did not affect the employees’ performance management represented by performance review, and follow-up.There is an impact of MIS (Human Resources, material resources, Software, Database) on the performance management of performance appraisal of telecom companies. While the results indicated that the networking component of MIS did not affect the employees’ performance management represented by performance appraisal.There is an impact of MIS on employee performance management of feedback in the telecoms companies. While the results indicated that the IT component of MIS did not affect the employees’ performance management represented by feedback.

The research entitled "The Influence Of The Implementation Of Regional Financial ManagementInformation Systems, The Quality Of Human Resources, The Application Of Accounting StandardsAnd Government’s Internal Control System On The Quality Of Regional Financial Reports" aims toidentify to study how the quality of human resources, the implementation of regional financialmanagement information systems, the application of accounting standards, and the government’sinternal control system whether simultaneously or partially affecting the quality of regionalfinancial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. The causal approaches were used to analyze theconnection between independent and dependent variables or others. While the Multiple LinearRegression Analysis as an analysis tool in this study was used to measure the effect of independentvariables on the dependent variable. The result of this study indicates that the implementation ofregional financial management information systems (X1) has 2,845 with a significant level of 0,006,which means the implementation of regional financial management information systems has asignificant influence on the quality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency.Meanwhile, the independent variable of the quality of human resources (X2) has 3,084 with 0,003significance level, it explains that the quality of human resources has impacted significantly on thequality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. As long as, the applications ofaccounting standard (X3) have a significant effect on the quality of regional financial reports ofPegunungan Bintang regency with 3,454 and 0,001 significance level. Furthermore, theGovernment’s Internal Control System variable (X4) with a value of 2,487 and a significant level of0,015, that indicates, the Government’s Internal Control System variable has significantly affected thequality of financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. While the value of F measurement hasgreater than the value of F table (29,165>5,921), which explains that the quality of humanresources, the implementation of regional financial management information systems, theapplication of accounting standards and government’s internal control system simultaneously havea significant effect on the quality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency.

This study aims to empirically pirove the influence of the quality of human resources, the implementation of regional management information systems (SIMDA) and the application of government accounting standards to the quality of local government financial reports. This research is causative research. The population in this study was 39 Regional Organizations (OPD) of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used the Total Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire consisting of 3 respondents in each OPD so that the questionnaire distributed was 117 questionaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 20.00. The results showed: the quality of human resources, implementation of regional management information systems and the application of government accounting standards have a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports.

  The research aimed to identify the impact of management information systems on the performance of Al Naghi Motors Company from the perspective of the staff. In addition to that, the research also aims to study the constraints and problems and propose solutions that would improve the performance of Al Naghi Motors Company. The researcher depends on the descriptive and analytical method(s) to study the case. It is noteworthy that the data obtained from the field study were statistically processed by using statistical program SPSS. The questionnaire method was also used as a tool for the study. The researcher has concluded to many results out of which: there is a significant impact for management information systems on the company’s performance which is represented in focusing on the importance of the information security strategy; and coping with the most updated software considering the quality standards at the time of importing the appliances. Further, there is an apparent strategy for upgrading its human resources which is represented in the availability of high specialized human resources. The study also concluded to recommend that a serious reflection is highly required to establish an internal network (Internet) provided that to consider establishing a comprehensive database for all the car sales activities in all the branches of Al-Naghi Motors Company throughout the kingdom; and planning for (developing) semi continuous training programs. in the information systems should be taken into account. In addition to that activation of electronic applications is highly required ( is of a high necessity), to help all the personnel in the company to send their problems and queries through such application in order to enable the concerned department to immediately deal with.

This study aims to build an Enterprise Architecture using The Open Group Architecture Forum framework (TOGAF) that supports the design, planning, implementation and governance of an enterprise information technology architecture, so that this framework will help the company to improve the quality of project management information systems. This study implements 4 phases of TOGAF, namely Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture to build an application management project called Internal Po. Abstrak: Dukungan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (2) Mengetahui dukungan informasi yang dihasilkan oleh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian dalam pengambilan keputusan bidang kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (3) Mengetahui kendala dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam proses penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat sub sistem pengumpulan data, sub sistem input data, sub sistem pengolahan data dan sub sistem output informasi, serta didukung oleh komponen-komponen pendukung yang terdiri dari hardware (perangkat keras), software (perangkat lunak), database, sumber daya jaringan dan brainware (SDM). (2) Informasi yang dihasilkan oleh SIMPEG di BKPP saat ini sudah mampu mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan penempatan, mutasi dan pensiun pegawai, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo yaitu: keterbatasan anggaran dan keterlambatan dalam input data. Kata kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Manajemen, Keputusan, Kepegawaian Abstract: Human Resources Management Information System Support for Decision Making in BKPP Sukoharjo Regency. The purposes of this study were (1) to know the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP  of Sukoharjo Regency, (2) know the support information generated by Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency in the field of staffing decisions. (3) know the obstacles in the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that (1) In the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency there are sub data collection systems, sub system of data input, data processing sub-systems and sub systems output information, and supported by supporting parts consisting of hardware, software, databases, netware and brainware (2) The information generated by Human Resources Management Information Systems at BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are now able to support decision making in placement, transfer and retirement of employees, but not fully support in the implementation of management staffing in the BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. (3) The obstacle that is encountered in implementation of the Human Resources  Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are : limited budget and delays in data input. Keyword: System, Information, Management, Decision Making, Human Resources
