The cementitiousness between rubber particles and cement-based material could be raised because of the surface modification of rubber, thus enhance the mechanical property of crumb rubber concrete and improve the interface effect of rubber particles. We had researched the change regulation about the ratio of bending-compressive strength of the crumb rubber concrete modified by latex, the concrete with various quantity of rubber, under the condition dosage of latex is 0.5% of cement quality. The result of experimental prove that, compressive strength, splitting tensile and flexural strength could be enhanced because of latex injecting, and the ratio of bending-compressive strength could be enhanced at the same time.

The influences of desulfurization gypsum on the properties of both Magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) pastes and MOC abrasive tools were investigated in this study. By incorporating desulfurization gypsum in the MOC pastes, the compressive strength of MOC paste improved slightly. With 5% gypsum addition, the flexural strength of MOC pastes increased by 36%, the abrasion loss of MOC abrasive tools decreased by 35%, the strength softening coefficient greatly increased. The mechanism maybe due to the microstructure of the MOC pastes became more compact with gypsum adding, the rate of hydrolyzation reaction of MOC phases would be postponed.

In order to use the alkaline ingredient in red mud, this paper studied the strength variation law of alkali-activated red mud and lime cement material combined with slag. When the content ranged from 0 wt% to 20 wt%, the experiment showed that the flexural strength increased when the content increased, and the compress strength increased when the content increased with the content ranging from 0 wt% to 15 wt%. When the content reached 25 wt%, the strength of alkali-activated red mud cement material was equal with alkali activated slag cement. The SEM test of alkali-activated red mud cement material showed that red mud and lime both participated in hydration reaction fully.

In this article, the flexural strength of combined aggregate concrete with four kinds of water-cement ratio (0.3,0.35.0.4, 0.45), and six ceramsite replace rate (0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 60%) are studied with comprehensive test method. Experiment shows that the ceramsite replace rate of combined aggregate has greater influence on the flexural strength than the water-cement ratio. The flexural strength increases with the increasing of compressive strength, and the formula of the flexural strength and compressive strength of combined aggregate concrete is given.
