In the process of oil production equipment operation parameters and running status, it is receiving sensor monitoring analysis and provides the central control room. These through the data from the sensing device are oil production equipment data, it is real time acquisition and storage of remote transmission, to realize the quick production situation and the importance of conducting scientific real-time decision-making basis. In order to realize the data acquisition of remote transmission application, meet the long-distance monitoring and management of production equipment, data management system needs to research and develop the production equipment data management system.

The art of chisel mask is developed in Tumpang Malang area as part of dance costume fairs, puppet show andcultural ritual, although in its development, this mask sculpture is also sold and become a tourism commodity. The potentialsales of mask sculptures is increasing, especially because of the demanders are foreign tourists, cultural enthusiasts andcomponent of tourism activities. That is, Topeng Malangan has the potential to be developed as an export commodity. Thesales system is still limited to cultural events or when there is a visit of education and tourism to the arts-padepokan. Thisprompted some people around the padepokan to start a home industry to meet the availability of the mask. In general, theproblems encountered by the craftsmen are (1) availability of raw materials, especially for suitable wood species, (2)production equipment, especially for pre-carving process and preservation of product, (3) there is no standard marketingscheme, (4) does not have a business management system, and (5) highly skilled craftsmen are still very limited. The solutionsoffered are divided into three stages: (1) technological strengthening, including strengthening production process technologyand increasing the number of craftsmen; (2) establishing business management; and (3) establishing trademarks, copyrightsand product marketing expansions

In industry field, designing products that meet the criterias and expectations of the consumers is a must. PT Pura Mayungan as an industry panel company obtained a Cyber Project which required a particular project management system. In the meantime, the regulation and monitoring of all activities related to the cyber panel have not been well integrated as in the activities of inventory, purchasing, and sales towards the cyber project focusing. This causes difficulties in generating information needed by the management. Thus, a project management system was built to assist in the operation management activities including purchasing, inventory and sales. Besides, there was a need to build a computerized information system specifically for handling the calculation and recording of inventory and transactions to improve company performance. In this research two methods were implemented: analysis and data collection through literature evaluation. This research concluded that the lack of regulation and monitoring would bring a lot of difficulties in delivering information.

In the process of research and practice about quality management informatization, there are quality issues such as different functions and system integration. Quality management of assembly shop is the research object, by referring to ISA-95 standard, solve above problem by discussing function structure of quality operation management system. It is standardization and normalization, easy to change and configuration and good integration, it plays an important role on research and practice of MES and quality management informatization development.
