Abstract Real-time detection of extracellular hydrogen peroxide is important for dynamic monitoring of diseases and cytopathological research. Here, a novel composite of Fe-hemin-metal organic frameworks/three-dimensional graphene (Fe-hemin MOFs/3DG) was prepared by embedding hemin into amino-contained Fe-MOFs, then decorated with 3DG. The obtained Fe-hemin MOFs/3DG possessed efficient peroxidase-like bioactivity and could serve as an effective catalyst for construction of H2O2 electrochemical sensor. The electrochemical results show that the proposed sensor based on Fe-hemin MOFs/3DG has excellent catalytic activity for H2O2. With a linear range was 10 - 12080 μM and LOD was 0.34 μM, this sensor showed favorable selectivity, repeatability and stability, which could be used to detect H2O2 in real serum samples. Most importantly, this sensor realized the real-time determination of H2O2 released by A549 cells and possessed good biocompatibility. The outstanding electrochemical performance mainly benefited from the unique porous structure of MOFs, which could effectively protect the active center of hemin, and the introduction of 3DG greatly improved the conductivity of Fe-hemin MOFs. Therefore, the Fe-hemin MOFs/3DG could be a promising probe for real-time dynamic monitoring of H2O2.

The widely crowd occurred arrhythmia. Studies have shown that more than 90% patients who suffer from sudden cardiac death has arrhythmia. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of arrhythmia is of great value for cardiovascular disease prevention, treatment and prognosis. Arrhythmia is now usually detected by electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, Holter monitor, etc. Such equipments are relatively expensive, and equipment operation and result analysis need to do by professional medical personnel of medical institutions. These equipments are not suitable for household use and long-term real-time monitoring. Therefore, a portable monitoring watch for arrhythmia with real-time dynamic monitoring is designed in this paper. Not only can the watch detect the occurrence of asymptomatic arrhythmia and the time point of arrhythmia, but also can analysis and diagnosed the kind of arrhythmia. So it has important application value for arrhythmia prevention and treatment.

Synchronized Phasor Measurement Unit with CAN bus can be used to phasor acquisition and real-time dynamic monitoring of ship power system. As it is known to all, traditional CAN communication is based on event-triggered mechanism. Message transmission will be delayed when there are a lot of messages in CAN bus. This paper used TTCAN protocol to synchronize the master and slave clock nodes based on STM32 microcontrollers. A Fast Fourier transform of AD samples was been done and transferred to host computer through CAN bus which reflects the real-time running status of system well.

Abstract. It is the focus of current research that how to realize high precision and real-time dynamic monitoring and tracking of moving targets by video satellites because of instantaneous and dynamic continuous observation of targets in a certain area by the video satellites. The existing detection and tracking methods for moving objects have target misdetection and missed detection, which reduces the accuracy of moving object detection. In this paper, a Tracking Correction Detection Correction (TCD) method is proposed to solve these problems. Firstly, the background model is established by using the improved ViBe target detection algorithm, and the moving target mask is obtained by adaptive threshold calculation. By using pyramid structure iterative algorithm, the moving object can be classified as noise or real object according to the set of detection results of different detection windows. The high-order correlation vector tracking method is used to modify the detection result of the moving target acquired in the previous frame, and finally the accurate detection result of the moving target is obtained. The comparison analysis between the frame difference (FD) method, GMM method, ViBe method and TCD method shows that the TCD method has better robustness for noise, light and background dynamic changes, and the test results of TCD method are more complete and the real-time is better. It is proved by this work that the accuracy of the target detection of TCD method has reached 85%, which has a high engineering application value.
