The widely crowd occurred arrhythmia. Studies have shown that more than 90% patients who suffer from sudden cardiac death has arrhythmia. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of arrhythmia is of great value for cardiovascular disease prevention, treatment and prognosis. Arrhythmia is now usually detected by electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, Holter monitor, etc. Such equipments are relatively expensive, and equipment operation and result analysis need to do by professional medical personnel of medical institutions. These equipments are not suitable for household use and long-term real-time monitoring. Therefore, a portable monitoring watch for arrhythmia with real-time dynamic monitoring is designed in this paper. Not only can the watch detect the occurrence of asymptomatic arrhythmia and the time point of arrhythmia, but also can analysis and diagnosed the kind of arrhythmia. So it has important application value for arrhythmia prevention and treatment.

The study determines the impact of regional measures of socio-economic stimulation of medical personnel on the process of employment in medical institutions in rural areas. The analysis of Federal and regional legislation regulating the process of encouraging doctors to find employment in the rural health system is carried out. It was found that measures of socio-economic support for the provision of ready-made housing in the framework of regional events, contributed to a more active involvement and long-term consolidation of medical personnel in rural areas.

Shaft linings in thick weakly cemented stratum have the disadvantages of large deformation and repeated damage after repair. Considering the typical geologic characteristics and the failure characteristics of shaft linings, we establish a multilayer automatic deformation monitoring system in this paper, and the monitoring system can realize the real-time, continuous, and long-term dynamic monitoring on shaft linings. Based on the concrete strength failure criterion under biaxial compression and the analytical solution for spatially axisymmetric problem of thick-wall cylinders, the damage limit of the shaft lining in Xieqiao coal mine is obtained. Then, we choose three sections as the test area according to the typical damage forms of shaft linings to carry out the monitoring scheme on the auxiliary shaft in Xieqiao coal mine. The monitoring results show that the extreme value of the shaft lining deformation is 2.369 mm. And the shaft lining located in the border between the floor aquifer and the bedrock generates the most severe deformation, which is about 89.4% of the deformation limit. The shaft lining deformation increment fluctuates in certain range, which belongs to elastic deformation. Finally, we inverse the stress state according to the deformation value of the shaft lining, and the obtained additional stress is found to be lower than the ultimate compressive strength. Long-term project practice confirms that the deformation monitoring results can reflect the real stress condition of the shaft lining and that the monitoring system can realize the real-time dynamic evaluation for the status of the shaft lining.

Purpose: The article is devoted to the analysis of organizational measures to overcome the medical consequences of two large-scale events: the Chernobyl accident on 26.04.1986 and the COVID-19 pandemic. Results: A comparison of the causes, key factors, numbers affected and involved in these events persons, and the availability of the source of knowledge about the clinical picture, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases, developing as a result of radiation exposure and the virus SARS-Cov-2. The article considers the availability of special medical institutions, the infectability of medical workers, the presence of long-term consequences for the health of victims and for the economy. Conclusions: In the development of such catastrophic events, an important role should be played by 1) Timely and adequate information to the population. 2) It is necessary to have a sufficient number of beds that can be repurposed in accordance with the needs and provided with appropriate equipment to support the vital functions of the body. 3) Planned training of qualified medical personnel should be carried out. 4) It is necessary to have stocks of emergency drugs close to the institutions where it is possible to receive victims.

The operation phase is not only the longest stage of the life cycle of a project, but also the moment when people accumulates most information of the project. Because of the secular and complexity of property management during the operation period, and as there is large amount of information loss during the several periods before operation, it is very difficult to manage equipments all through the way. Based on the BIM technology, authors build a database of the equipment operation parameters to solve this problem. This paper realizes the real-time monitoring of the update of equipment information, equipment maintenance and fault handling during the operation stage. The research puts forward a new way to improve the standards of property management which will lead to a better economic benefits.
