In general, production control of digital workshops is a complicated systematical engineering. Because of lacking the methods and means of acquiring the manufacturing data in real time, the traditional production control methods cannot satisfy the real production control requirement of digital workshops. In this paper, we put forward an intelligent control system for digital workshop production. The main contributions include three aspects: Firstly, we introduce and adopt Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as a means to acquire the manufacturing information in real time produced by the bottom-level manufacturing devices. Secondly, we develop the wcPML (workshop control with Physical Markup Language) and utilize it to act as a media to realize the information visualized description and transmission between the top-level control systems and bottom-level manufacturing sites of workshops. Thirdly, we adopt Java Web technology and wireless LAN to build the infrostructure for the intelligent control system for workshop production. Some key enabling technologies for the intelligent control system also are presented and described following with some concluding remarks.

Smart home system mainly consists of home networking, home wireless LAN and the external network components. It will achieve the intelligentize and informatization of the home furnishing. Smart socket is one of which belongs to the smart home terminal devices. This article is to talk about smart socket. The core chips of this system are Texas Instruments CC3000MOD and MSP430FR5739MCU. Using WiFi wireless communications technology control and process signals coming from the side of the handheld PDA. Controller side can support two software platforms IAR or CCS. This design uses IAR workbench. PDA client software using the Android operating system is used to receive and process analog signals from controller side. In this paper, WiFi wireless transmission technology as the basis, based on IEEE802.11b/g wireless protocol, It achieves a WiFi wireless communication system for remote or local client and terminal equipment, enabling the intelligent control of the home furnishing.

Microstrip antenna which designed with dual feeding at 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz can meet WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) application.Antenna fabrication use PCB FR4 double layer with thickness 1.6 mm and dielectric constant value 4.4. The length of patch antenna according to calculation 28.63 mm, but to get needed parameter length of patch should be optimized to 53 mm. After examination, this antenna has VSWR 1.212 at 2.42 GHz and 1.502 at 5.8 GHz, RL -13.94 dB at 2.42 GHz and -20.357 dB at 5.8 GHz, gain of antenna 6.16 dB at 2.42 GHz and 6.91 dB at 5.8 GHz, the radiation pattern is bidirectional. Keywords : microstrip antenna, wireless LAN, dual polarization, single feeding technique
