Analysis on the System Dynamics for Formation Mechanism of Independent Innovation Capability in Large-Scale Projects

In scenarios such as natural disasters and military strike, it is common for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to form groups to execute reconnaissance and surveillance. To ensure the effectiveness of UAV communications, repeated resource acquisition issues and transmission mechanism design need to be addressed urgently. In this paper, we build an information interaction scenario in a Flying Ad-hoc network (FANET). The data transmission problem with the goal of throughput maximization is modeled as a coalition game framework. Then, a novel mechanism of coalition selection and data transmission based on group-buying is investigated. Since large-scale UAVs will generate high transmission overhead due to the overlapping resource requirements, we propose a resource allocation optimization method based on distributed data content. Comparing existing works, a data transmission and coalition formation mechanism is designed. Then the system model is classified into graph game and coalition formation game. Through the design of the utility function, we prove that both games have stable solutions. We also prove the convergence of the proposed approach with coalition order and Pareto order. Binary log-linear learning based coalition selection algorithm (BLL-CSA) is proposed to explore the stable coalition partition of system model. Simulation results show that the proposed data transmission and coalition formation mechanism can achieve higher data throughput than the other contrast algorithms.

On July 9 2013, debris flows occurred around Longchi town with large scale and wide harm, which was a great threat to people's life and property as well as reconstruction work. Debris flow ditch in the surrounding town was studied. This paper focused on loose materials, topography and rainfall characteristics, and explored the formation mechanism of debris flow in Longchi town. The result shows that: a small catchment area in valleys also have the risk of large range of accumulation of debris flow, the debris flow is caused by a lot of loose materials in mountains after earthquake and extreme rainfall. Research results contribute to a better understanding of trigger condition of debris flow after earthquake.

This study involved a series of case studies that were combined with an extensive literature review to frame and construct a large-scale survey, measuring systematic innovation capability, and innovation performance (IP). Previous literature is quite fragmented with little inherent cohesion. Relatively few truly holistic studies have been done, especially in a large-scale multi-industry context. The case studies and structural equation modelling (SEM) in the present study validated important predictor variables of IP, including leadership and innovation strategy, customer focus and innovation process management, culture and human resources management, knowledge and technology management. The SEM determined that systematic innovation capability is a valid concept and can be measured as such, relating strongly to IP and business performance. Based on deep case studies and our large sample, innovation capability was demonstrated to be a holistic concept comprising a number of core elements that act together to strongly determine performance outcomes.
