All the strains screened out from contaminated soils were capable of degrading diesel oil while consortium and strains Q18 had stronger degradation efficiency. It’s found that the existence of alfalfa and mustard could promote the degradation of diesel oil significantly. The existence of plant and the growth of roots may have changed the soil environment to make it more suitable for the growth of strains and degradation. In addition, the number of strains in the mustard rhizosphere was larger than that in the alfalfa rhizosphere, which showed that mustard had stronger ability on the activation of strain. This may be related to the different growth characteristics of mustard and alfalfa. In the experiment, Rhodococcus Q18-Indian mustard complex had the highest rate of degradation of diesel oil.

By carrying out long-term field studies of soil – soil biota – plants system in areas of technogenic impact emission of HM it was determined the taxonomic composition of mycological coenosis under the soil pollution by HM fungi genera Mucor, Trichoderma, Fusarium, Aspergillus. It was given the high levels of soil contamination by HM fate fungi of the genus Trichoderma, which is not phytopathogenic in mycological coenosis of soil, increased significantly under 13 %, indicating that the stability of operation in the presence of HM excess in soils. Among the genus Trichoderma fungi, it was found the most active in species Trichoderma viride. It was determined that fungi, bacteria compared to the soil, are more resistant to contamination concealed antagonism and inhibition effect of certain bacteria fungi that compete with native soil biota. On the basis of the soil-geochemical investigations the results in zones of sources of man-made emissions of pollutants influence Zmievskoy TPP «Centrenergo» NAC «Energy Company of Ukraine» Kharkiv region and a series of laboratory experiments elaborated a methodical approach for bioremediation of contaminated with heavy metals (HM) of the soil – soil biota – plants system. Used established a new property of the active biochemical agent of mycological drug Trihodermin BT based on mycological drug culture type Trichoderma viride – the ability to intensify the process of bioremediation and restore the quality of technogenic contaminated soils by HM. Biological preparation of Trichoderma BT used as a new biological improver for the prevention of biological and chemical degradation of soils with the activation of the myco- and microbial system of soil, functioning, increase the immune status and productivity of Hordeum sativum plants and improving their quality. Provides bioremediation effect with a limited term of a biological product in the soil, lowering its standards with increased use of its biological effectiveness. The technical result of the method is the expansion of the mycological drugs bank as natural resources with the effect of fertilizers, while the spread of the effective action of the active agent in the other components of the biological product of the studied system to produce new biological effects with simultaneous stabilization of the ecological environment, natural activation of the biological potential of the soil and the economic use of resources. The method can be used in agroecology, soil ecological management, for environmental monitoring of technogenic contaminated soils for various purposes and their using; in research practice – to develop a system of measures for biological remediation of contaminated areas in the complex biological processing methods remediation of contaminated soil and restoration of their resources, and, consequently, lower intensity of chemical and biological degradation of soils under the influence of technogenic pollution by HM; to improve the soil quality.

Magyarországon a robbanóanyaggal és lőszerszármazékokkal szennyezett területek kármentesítése környezetvédelmi és nemzetgazdasági érdek. Egy hazai lőtérről, illetve lőszer-megsemmisítő telepről vett talajban 900 mg·kg−1 ólom- és 133 mg·kg−1 rézszennyeződést mértünk. A fitoextrakció célja, hogy a növényi szervekbe helyezzük át a nehézfémeket, lecsökkentve ezzel a mobilis, toxikus elemkészletet a szennyezett talajokban. Megvizsgáltuk, hogy egy lőszerszármazékokkal szennyezett talajba, illetve ólommal mesterségesen elszennyezett talajba kijuttatott kelátképzőszerekkel (EDTA, EGTA, citromsav) indukálható-e, megnövelhető-e a növényi szervek Pb- és Cu-akkumulációja?Tenyészedény-kísérletünkben kukoricát neveltünk a fenti ólommal és rézzel elszennyezett lőtéri talajon, illetve a közelben gyűjtött szennyezetlen talajt mesterségesen szennyeztük el 100 mg·kg-1 ólommal. Míg a kontroll (kelátképzővel nem kezelt) szennyezett talajon fejlődő kukorica gyökerében 554 μg·g−1 ólom volt mérhető, addig az EDTA hatására a gyökerekben 4611 μg·g−1-ra (több mint nyolcszorosára), a hajtásokban pedig 158-ról 302 μg·g−1-ra (91%-kal) nőtt az ólomkoncentráció. Mindkét változás statisztikailag szignifikánsnak bizonyult. Az EGTA a Cufelvételt serkentette; a kontrollkultúrák gyökerében 516 μg·g−1, a kezelt kultúrákban viszont 1063 μg·g−1 értéket mértünk (ez kétszeres szignifikáns növekmény). A hajtásokban 69%-kal, 29,9-ról 50,7 μg·g−1-ra emelkedett a réztartalom, ez azonban nem bizonyult statisztikailag szignifikánsnak. A citromsav az ólom hajtásokba történő áthelyeződését nem indukálta, rézfelvétel-serkentő hatása csak a gyökerekben volt szignifikáns.Tenyészedény-kísérleteink alapján kijelenthető, hogy elsősorban az EDTA, illetve részben az EGTA a talajba kijuttatva mobilisabbá, könnyebben felvehetővé teszi az ólmot és a rezet, elősegítve ezzel e két toxikus elem növényekben történő akkumulációját. Szabadföldi körülmények között is feltételezhető, hogy a növények betakarításával a toxikus elemek egy része eltávolítható a szennyezett talajból.

The most essential scientifific and practical task in the area of ecological safety of pipelines operation is the development and improvement of methods of purifification and restoration of oil-contaminated soils. One of the most effificient and cost effective methods is electrochemical purifification, that does not require the use of expensive chemical reagents and soil excavation. However, the consideration of non-uniform contamination of various soil sections is required. The article examines the features of the organization and technological infrastructure for electrochemical purifification of non-uniformly contaminated soils when using a single electrical energy source, a method for calculating the design parameters of the corresponding installation is proposed. Effificient purifification of non-uniformly contaminated soil when using a specifified voltage is possible through the use of different-sized electrodes. For each soil type, the amount of transmitted electric charge required for soil purifification is determined by the concentration of the contaminant. Allocation of cathodes and anodes as parallel batteries and their connection using individual buses is an effective and energy-effificient solution, since an almost-uniform electric fifield is created in an inter-electrode space, thus allowing the reduction of the interelectrode resistance of the medium.
