It can occur on many occasions that you or a loved one requires urgent medical assistance, but they are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, or that we are unable to locate the appropriate doctor for the care. As a result, we will try to incorporate an online intelligent Smart Healthcare System in this project to solve this issue. It's a web-based programmed that allows patients to get immediate advice about their health problems. The aim of the smart healthcare system is to create a web application that can take a user's symptoms and predict diseases, as well as serve as an online consultant for various diseases. We created an expert system called Smart Health Care System, which is used to make doctors' jobs easier. A machine examines a patient at a basic level and recommends diseases that may be present. It begins by inquiring about the patient's symptoms; if the device is able to determine the relevant condition, it then recommends a doctor in the patient's immediate vicinity. The system will show the result based on the available accumulated data. We're going to use some clever data mining techniques here. We use several intelligent data mining techniques to guess the most accurate illness that could be associated with a patient's symptoms, and we use an algorithm (Naive Bayes) to map the symptoms with potential diseases based on a database of many patients' medical records. This system not only makes doctors' jobs easier, but it also benefits patients by getting them the care they need as soon as possible. Keywords: Disease Prediction, Naïve Bayes, Machine Learning Algorithm, Smart Healthcare System.

Applications in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence have been in great demand over the recent decade. Now it has various applications in the field of health industry. With the help of machine learning algorithm prediction of diseases has been made easier. Now doctors can concentrate only on treatment with the help of technology. Technology is accelerating innovations in the healthcare domain which has increased people’s standard of living over the years. Here in our project we are making a healthcare chatbot with help of Natural language processing and machine learning algorithm to predict disease. User interacts with the chatbot just like one interacts with his doctor and based on the symptoms provided by users and the chatbot will identify the symptom and predict the disease.

Abstract Background Supervised machine learning algorithms have been a dominant method in the data mining field. Disease prediction using health data has recently shown a potential application area for these methods. This study aims to identify the key trends among different types of supervised machine learning algorithms, and their performance and usage for disease risk prediction. Methods In this study, extensive research efforts were made to identify those studies that applied more than one supervised machine learning algorithm on single disease prediction. Two databases (i.e., Scopus and PubMed) were searched for different types of search items. Thus, we selected 48 articles in total for the comparison among variants supervised machine learning algorithms for disease prediction. Results We found that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm is applied most frequently (in 29 studies) followed by the Naïve Bayes algorithm (in 23 studies). However, the Random Forest (RF) algorithm showed superior accuracy comparatively. Of the 17 studies where it was applied, RF showed the highest accuracy in 9 of them, i.e., 53%. This was followed by SVM which topped in 41% of the studies it was considered. Conclusion This study provides a wide overview of the relative performance of different variants of supervised machine learning algorithms for disease prediction. This important information of relative performance can be used to aid researchers in the selection of an appropriate supervised machine learning algorithm for their studies.

Skin disease is the most common health problems worldwide.Human skin is one of the difficult areas topredict. The difficulty is due to rough areas, irregular skin tones, various factors like burns, moles. We have to identify the diseases excluding these factors. In a developing country like India, it is expensive for a large number of people to go to the dermatologist for their skin disease problem.Every year a large number of population in developing countries like India suffer due to different types of skin diseases. So the need for automatic skin disease prediction is increasing for the patients and as well as the dermatologist. In this paper, a method is proposed that uses computer vision-based techniques to detectvariouskinds of dermatological skin diseases. Inception_v3, Mobilenet, Resnetare three deep learning algorithms used for feature extraction in a medical image and machine learning algorithm namely Logistic Regression is used for training and testing the medical images.Using the combined architecture of the three convolutional neural networks considerable efficiency can be achieved.
