The rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the wide spread of smart terminals have brought opportunities for the transformation of power grid business model. Compared to the non-real-time information, the real-time and running data of dispatch and control domain is easy to be intercepted and cracked. To solve this problem, this paper presents a new approach to mobile application security framework for the power grid control field. It is to realize secondary encryption by using the method of MD5+AES mixed encryption algorithm and combining the time stamp in real-time data transmission process. At the same time it is to prevent cross-border operations and brute force by using Token authentication and Session technology. China EPRI safety test results show that the application of the framework significantly improves the integrity, safety and reliability of real-time data in power grid control.

With integrated consideration of existing research on power grid development evaluation index system and requirements of power grid development diagnosis, a more comprehensive power grid development diagnostic index system is established from five aspects of power grid security and reliability, high efficiency, coordination, economics and social environment and more than 20 indicators. In addition, a new power grid development diagnostic evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in order to diagnose and assess power grid status quo and the actual level of development comprehensively, objectively and systematically ,which will help power grid enterprises conveniently to find the main reason of affecting the power grid and enterprise development and encourage enterprises to continuously improve the targeted improvement measures and the level of grid development.

Power-grid optical backbone communication network is a special communication network serving for power system. With the development of new internet technology, there are more and more services carried by power-grid optical backbone communication networks. It plays an important role in the protection of nodes, especially important nodes which often carry important information of the network, when the network is under heavy traffic load. Hench, to solve this problem, we propose the concept of node importance and design a node importance-based protection algorithm under heavy traffic load scenario in power-grid optical backbone communication networks. Simulation results show that the proposed node importance based protection algorithm can obviously reduce blocking probability of the important nodes and improve the performance of the entire network in terms of blocking probability.

With the rapid development of smart grid construction, communication mode size in smart grid business relying on operators 2G/3G wireless network continues to increase. In this paper, first, with a deep study of application, communication requirement and network status in power wireless business, the security risk and defects cannot control in the existing power wireless business are noted. Secondly, wireless VPN target of power grid is innovatively put forward, to achieve the safe and efficient power wireless business hosting, intensive operation and scale development. Once again, the design of wireless VPN for power grid, security access platform, operating platform are made a further analysis and elaboration.
