Research Show

The application of new technologies in journalism contributes to the development of new forms of journalistic content. Podcasts that present content posted online and allow online users to access them whenever and however many times they want are experiencing continued success around the world (Newman, 2021). This development has also led to a variety in the content of podcasts, and the approach to topics is journalistic in some podcast series. Podcast authors can be journalists, as well as other people, Internet users and sometimes celebrities. For example, it is predicted that this year there will be a “battle for the stars” between the platforms and the media. The aim of this paper is mapping the use of podcasts in Serbia, starting, above all, from podcasts as journalism technology. A few years ago, the traditional mainstream media in Serbia tried to keep pace with the innovators in the online environment and increase attendance at their online editions. The results of this research show that the podcast develops in two ways when it comes to journalism: as part of the online media and as an individual endeavor of the author. It can be concluded that the podcast that is the individual endeavor of the author, considering that it is realized outside the media institution, is a freer form of expression and is often very popular. Finally, since the podcast technology is cheaper than radio or television broadcasting and that this broadcasting does not require the permission of the regulatory body, it is run by other companies, not just media companies.

ABSTRACT Religious traditions in Indonesia are known to be very moderate and tolerant abroad is a reflection of the character of a great noble nation. Between religion, tradition and culture are able to perform compounds so as to create a genuine religious harmony. Because of this reality Indonesia is regarded as the largest Muslim majority country in the world that almost without conflict, in the midst of reality Muslim countries in the Middle East that impressed the dispute into the daily menu. However, the reality of Indonesia as a moderate nation is injured by the act of a group that is fond of terrorism and radicalism by riding Islamic religious teachings. Thus, this reversed religion is assumed as a source of cruelty.   It is through that phenomenon researcher, feel the need to examine the strategy of disseminating moderate Islam by Nahdlatul Ulama. The selection of this Islamic organization according to the authors due to its success in moderating Islam in Indonesia. In this study, the study using a qualitative approach or method as well as adopting the theory of Van Dijk discourse analysis as a scalpel to peel the discourse of moderate Islam published by PWNU East Java through the website. As for this research, the findings are important, among others are: 1) moderate Islamic discourse campaigned by Nahdlatul Ulama East Java is categorized into three segments, namely social, religious and nationality. 2) the text structure that builds moderate Islamic discourse NU East Java in Van Dijk perspective constructed in three domains, namely text, social cognition and social context. 3) the principles of Public Relationship implemented by NU through cyber (online media), among others; News publications and expert opinions, production of image and video-based information, and updating official NU information to the public about their attitudes and views on the phenomena that occur by promoting the values of Islamic moderatism. The environment is also called the natural environment is a phenomenon that forms around life rather than humans, either biotic or abiotic. The surrounding phenomenon that affects people is not limited to physical factors solely, on the contrary social factors play an important role to explain how human activity can affect the environment and the natural surroundings. The essence and falsafa of development is a change, growth and equity in all fields and dimensions to a better state. Development communication is part of a major process that requires social, economic, political and cultural change in line with the requirements of the local community. The simultaneous formulation of information dissemination carried out by radio, is no longer the only option of society, because the community has designed and determined what information they need. Television broadcasting has an influence on patterns of public action to model, imitate information gained through impressions. Community participation in safeguarding the environment to achieve harmonious and balanced development is the driving and driving force for social change to achieve sustainable development. Lingkungan disebut juga alam sekitar adalah fenomena yang wujud di sekeliling kehidupan daripada manusia,baik biotik ataupun abiotik. Fenomena sekeliling yang mempengaruhi manusia tidak terbatas kepada faktor fisikal semata-mata, sebaliknya faktor sosial turut berperanan penting bagi menerangkan bagaimana aktivitas manusia dapat mempengaruhi lingkungan dan alam sekitar. Hakikat dan Falasafah pembangunan ialah suatu perubahan, pertumbuhan dan pemerataan dalam segala bidang dan dimensinya menuju keadaan yang lebih baik. Komunikasi pembangunan merupakan bahagian dari proses besar yang menghendaki adanya perubahan sosial, ekonomi, politik dan budaya yang sejalan dengan persyaratan keperluan masyarakat lokal. Formula keserentakan penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan melalui radio, tidak lagi menjadi satu-satunya pilihan masyarakat, karena masyarakatlah telah merancang dan menentukan informasi apa yang mereka perlukan. Siaran televisi mempunyai pengaruh pada pola tindakan masyarakat untuk mencontoh, meniru informasi yang didapat melalui tayangan. Partisipasi masyarakat menjaga lingkungan untuk mewujudkan pembangunan yang serasi dan seimbang adalah penggerak dan pengarah bagi perubahan sosial untuk mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan

Penyuntingan Media dan Media Penyuntingan sebagai Sarana Perbaikan Kualitas Karya

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengemukakan penyuntingan media dan media untuk menyunting yang ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai sarana untuk memperbaiki kualitas karya. Metode penelitian ini ialah kajian pustaka dimulai dengan mengumpulkan informasi sebanyak-banyaknya, lalu diseleksi sesuai tema, penginterpretasian, lalu didapatkan hasil akhir penelitian. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa media penyuntingan dan menyunting media merupakan dua istilah yang berbeda. Media penyuntingan merupakan peralatan atau alat bantu yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah proses menyunting. Menyunting media merupakan salah satu kegiatan menyunting sebuah media baik online maupun offline. Media penyuntingan dapat diakses melalui web seperti sebuah portal jurnal. Akses tersebut membutuhkan jaringan internet atau sering disebut dalam jaringan. Media penyuntingan juga dapat diakses melalui luar jaringan. Penyuntingan media yang sering dijumpai ialah menyunting media massa, baik itu cetak maupun online. Media massa itu sering disebut sebagai koran. Selain koran, buku juga termasuk media yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana kegiatan menyunting. Setiap penulis karya, harus dibekali dengan pelatihan mengenai kegiatan menyunting agar karya yang dihasilkan semakin berkualitas. Pelatihan tersebut dapat dimulai dengan menyunting teks tanpa tanda baca dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan menyunting yang memperhatikan kata serta kalimat di dalamnya.
