Intention of� this research� is to determine of� agriculture prime commodities of South Buru Regency. The observation was focussed to know potensial area to development agriculture harvesting/cattle.� This paper aims to examine the implementation of LQ approach uses wide of �agriculture harvesting/cattle population series data for five year period (2005-2009) from South Buru Regency as main source. The result of study showed that there was most of sub regency in South Buru regency have the same of prime commodities, and several sub regency have specific prime commodities. The number of prime commodities to the sub sector food crop agriculture are 6, prime commodities to sub sector vegetables and fruits planting are 18, prime commodities to the sub sector tree crop planting are 5� and prime commodities to sub sector husbandry /breeding are 5 commodities.

Camellia sinensis is a beverage tree crop native to Southeast Asia and introductions have been made into several nonindigenous countries. No systematic assessment of genetic variability in tea has been done anywhere. In this study, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was used to estimate genetic diversity and taxonomic relationships in 38 clones belonging to the three tea varieties, assamica, sinensis, and assamica ssp. lasiocalyx. Extensive genetic variability was detected between species, which was partitioned into between and within population components. Seventy percent of the variation was detected within populations. Analyses based on band sharing separated the three populations in a manner consistent with both the present taxonomy of tea and with the known pedigrees of some clones. RAPD analysis also discriminated all of the 38 commercial clones, even those which cannot be distinguished on the basis of morphological and phenotypic traits.Key words: genetic diversity, RAPDs, Camellia sinensis.

The angular distribution of γ-radiation from an assembly of nuclei oriented by the magnetic h.f.s. method can be very much modified by interactions between the radioactive ions and other paramagnetic ions in the crystal. In order to calculate the effect of these interactions, an operator Γ is derived which represents the angular distribution of γ-rays from a radioactive nucleus. The angular distribution at any temperature is given by Spur(Γρ), where ρ is the statistical matrix [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] being the Hamiltonian for the whole crystal. For a high temperature approximation, ρ is expanded in powers of 1/T. It is found that, for alignment by the magnetic h.f.s. method, the first term which contains interaction parameters is that in 1/T4, and an expression is given for the contribution of interactions to this term.At very low temperatures, perturbation theory is used to estimate the effect of interactions on the lowest nuclear energy state, and hence on the angular distribution of γ-rays. It is found that, if an external magnetic field is applied along a principal axis of the g-tensor of the radioactive ions, interactions have no influence on the angular distribution of γ-rays in the limit of large fields. It is also shown that Bleaney's restriction, that for a successful nuclear orientation experiment the broadening of the levels should be less than the hyperfine splitting, is not necessary in this case.
