The endophytic microbiota is considered to be one of the consistent and noble souce of potential and unique natural amalgams. These natural amalgams carry diverse pharmaceutical significance which the reason for their importance among research fields. The diversity of plants carries much more diversity of the endophytes as their mutual parts where both are benefited from each other. The current work deals with the isolation of the endophytic fungus from Tinospora cordifolia, for which the leaves were used after the surface sterilization, followed by the production of secondary metabolite by the endophytic isolates through submerged fermentation technique. The produced metabolite was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction technique, which was further used for evaluating its antifungal potential against Candida albicans and the obtained results show their considerable potential. The GC-MS profiling of secondary metabolite was conducted to determine the presence of some bioactive compounds in them, and as a result, some potential compounds detected are Levoglucosenone, Silanediol, Nonane, D-Allose, 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural. Since these compounds are biologically important in various aspects which gives the diversified application to the secondary metabolites. The study concludes the potential of secondary metabolites from endophytic fungus of Tinospora cordifolia and further investigation can be approached on determining the same from other plants, and also evaluating another bioactive potential of secondary metabolites.

Abstract The recent exploration of various medicinal plants for bioactive potential has led to the growing interest to explore their endophytes for such bioactive potential which may turn out to be better option than the plants. In the present study, Chaetomium globosum, an endophytic fungus isolated from Moringa oleifera Lam has been explored for its various biological activities. The chloroformic extract of C. globosum showed good antimutagenicity against the reactive carcinogenic mutagen, 2-aminofluorene (2-AF) in Ames test. The antiproliferative activity against various cell lines such as HCT-15, HeLa and U87-MG was found to be dose dependent and the viability reduced to 9.26%, 15.7% and 16.3%, respectively. Further, the chloroformic fungal extract was investigated for free radical scavenging activity using 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethyl-benzthiazolin-6-sulfonic acid) assay which showed the IC50 value of 45.16 µg/ml and 50.55 µg/ml, respectively. The fungal extract also showed good ferric reducing power. Total phenolic and flavonoid content was found to be in linear relationship with the antioxidant potential of the fungal extract. High performance liquid chromatography showed the presence of phenolics which may help to combat the free radicals. The presence of various bioactive compounds was analysed by GC–MS which endorsed Chaetomium globosum to be a promising candidate for drug development.

In the article generalized, it is systematized and the complex of the approaches related to the study of the axiopsychological planning of personality is intelligent in theory. The attempt of determination of investigated phenomenon is done, under that an author understands personality new formation that stipulates efficiency of self-development as to the factor of achievement of аkmе and self-realization and is soil for creation of values. Criteria and indexes of the axiopsychological planning of personality are distinguished. Supposition is done, that a level of development in personality of the axiopsychological planning is an original indicator her psychical and personality development. It is marked that the valued planning as provides the conscious use of the personal potential evaluation of desires and possibilities of their realization, capabilities and attached conations. On the whole, the axiopsychological planning is determined by certain firmness, determining strategy and tactics of purposes to put in the process of self-realization and self-actualizations of personality.
