From decades it has been recognized that Geopolymer will considerably replace the role of cement in the construction industry. In general, Geopolymer exhibits the property of the peak compressive strength, minimal creep and shrinkage. In this current research paper, Geopolymer mortar is prepared by using GGBS and Fly ash. The mix proportions are of (100-60)%GGBS with Fly ash by 10% replacement. The alkali activators Na0H and Na2Sio3 are used in the study for two different molarities of 4&8. The ratio to Sodium silicates to sodium hydroxide is maintained from 1.5, 2, 2.5 & 3 were used. Mortars are prepared and studied the effect of molarities of alkali activators in their setting times and strengths

Based on the coupling testing program of freeze-thaw and carbonation, the laboratory simulation test is carried out. The laws of carbonation depth of the fly ash concrete suffered the freeze-thaw cycle in different test modes and the influence of fly ash dosage on concrete carbonation depth after the freeze-thaw cycle are studied. Defining the influence coefficient of the freeze-thaw cycles on carbonation depth of concrete, the mechanism of coupling of freeze-thaw and carbonation is analyzed,and the role of freeze-thaw and carbonation in the coupling process are obtained.

The basic properties of the fly ash, recycled brick powder and recycled concrete powder, compared the recycled brick powder and recycled concrete powder instead of fly ash in concrete preparation, influence on the working performance and mechanical properties; and through the modifier to improve the concrete slump loss is too large, analyzes the mechanism of change influence of modifiers on mechanical properties of concrete. The results showed that the recycled brick powder and recycled concrete powder in certain fineness conditions, its performance with fly ash; retarder, activator and some surfactant composition modifier has obvious effect on the working performance and mechanical properties; and hydration calcium silicate aluminum increased the role of large the mechanical properties of concrete.
