A novel arylamine-based polyazomethine covalently functionalized graphene oxide quantum dots (TPAPAM-GOQDs), which exhibited nonvolatile ternary memory effect with an OFF : ON-1 : ON-2 current ratio of 1 : 60 : 3000, was synthesized.

A sensitive and selective method was developed for the simple monitoring of cefixime based on its preconcentration by magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2modified graphene oxide (Fe3O4@SiO2-GO) and fluorimetric detection using molecularly imprinted polymer coated CdS quantum dots (MIP-CdS QDs).

GO@f-SiO2@Co is a heterogenous catalyst composed of spherical silica particles grafted on the surface of graphene oxide with ethylenediamine ligands and coordination with Co(ii). We assessed the activity of the catalyst for the synthesis of aminonaphthoquinones.
