ABSTRACT A complete genome of human respiratory syncytial virus was sequenced and analyzed. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the full-length human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV) genome sequence belongs to gene type NA1. We sequenced the genome in order to create the full-length cDNA infectious clone and develop vaccines against HRSV.

The full-length genome sequence of a novel swine acute diarrhea syndrome coronavirus (SADS-CoV), CH/FJWT/2018, was determined, which was genetically most closely related to CN/GDWT/2017, recently discovered in Fujian, China. The indel sites of the spike (S) gene of CH/FJWT/2018 were most similar to those of bat-origin SADS-related coronaviruses.

ABSTRACT We report here the complete genome sequence of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) strain CH/GX/2015/750A (750A), which was isolated from a suckling piglet with watery diarrhea in Guangxi, China. The isolate is genetically close to other recent Chinese variant PEDVs and distinct from the classical PEDVs.

ABSTRACT We report here the full-length genome sequence of a rhabdovirus strain detected in a pool of 21 Culex pipiens and Culex torrentium mosquitos collected in southern Switzerland. The genome has a length of 11,914 nucleotides and encodes five major putative open reading frames.

ABSTRACT We report the complete genome (3.9-Mb chromosome, 5.9-kb plasmid) of Clostridium botulinum CJ0611A1, a type A(B) strain isolated from carrot juice distributed in Canada and linked to an international 2006 foodborne botulism outbreak. This strain encodes a full-length bont/A1 gene and a truncated bont/B gene.

ABSTRACTWe report the complete genome sequence of a viral pathogen detected in alfalfa samples from Sudan and provisionally named alfalfa enamovirus 2 (AEV-2). Based on high nucleotide and amino acid identities, AEV-2 represents a strain of a newly discovered alfalfa enamovirus 1 that has only been described in Argentina.

We report here the complete genome sequence of human respiratory syncytial virus isolated from an outpatient child with fever and respiratory symptoms in Shanghai, China, in 2014. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the full-length respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) genome sequence belongs to human RSV (HRSV) group A.

ABSTRACT We report here the complete genome sequence of a goose parvovirus (GPV) strain, RC16, which was isolated from an ill goose in 2016 at Rongchang, Chongqing, China. The GPV strain RC16 isolated was passaged and identified, whose full-length genome is 5,046 nucleotides long.
