Pipeline robot research has a broad prospect of application and value. Based on the study of the pipeline robot domestic and foreign and in the fully understanding of the questions and intrinsic request of the existing pipeline robot control and communication systems, a general design scheme of wheeled pipeline robot is proposed in this paper, and according to this idea, choice and analysis to the robot is made. After that, the moving carrier mechanism, the components selections and circuits of control system for this pipeline robot are designed in detail.

Group signatures allow members of a group to sign messages anonymously on behalf of the group. Only a designated group manager is able to identify the group member who issued a given signature. In this paper we propose a new group signature scheme based on RSA, which is a blind signature algorithm. A multibank E-cash system has been presented based on the proposed scheme. A general design scheme including withdrawal, payment and deposit process is discussed particularly.

The structure design problems of simulation inspection detector on ground are researched in this paper. The general design scheme is proposed based on the design task requirements of simulation inspection detector with a synthetic consideration on the requirements of the whole mass and the real grounded force. Detailed design for the concrete mechanical strcture has been carried out. The prototype of simulation inspection detector meets the test requirements, which can also provide important reference for the detector improvement.
