Flow quality improvement of the wind tunnel testing for a highly-loaded compressor cascade at high incidence

To obtain reliable and accurate experimental data in cascade testing, the influencing factors and the improving method of the flow quality of a highly-loaded compressor cascade under high incidence were investigated through a series of numerical simulations and experiments. The numerical method was validated by experimental data and agreed well at both incidence angles of 0° and 6°. Under the original upper end wall, both experimental and numerical results indicated an unsatisfactory flow quality of the cascade with an obvious nonuniformity of inlet Mach number, and the incidence of the central blade is 3.6° larger than the theoretical value. Using a small curved upper wall can reduce the severe flow separation on the upper wall and achieve a maximum improvement in flow quality under the critical installation angle, where the incidence deviation of the central blade was reduced to 2.1°. Using the combination of adjustable tailboards and a small curved upper end wall can further improve the cascade flow quality. Under the optimal angle of the tailboards, both the inflow uniformity and the outflow periodicity of the three middle blade passages the test requirements, and the incidence deviation of the central blade is reduced to 0.2°.

Research on Civil Aircraft Flight Test of Power Supply Quality Analysis

In the process of civil aircraft airworthiness, analyzing power quality is the key to verify whether the power supply system meets the requirements of the clause. This paper makes deep research on the domestic and foreign power supply quality standard files and detailed introduces the characteristics of the power supply quality standard files. Then, comparative and analysis give suggestions which tally with power supply quality test requirements. Finally, define the special power supply quality test method for the practical engineering specifically, and power supply quality test characteristic in civil aircraft flight test, to provide guidance help for the future civil aircraft models.

Study on the Battery Safety in Frontal Collision of Electric Vehicle

With the rapid development of electric vehicle industry, more and more attention has been paid to the safety of the automotive battery. The safety of battery in electric vehicle’s frontal collision is the focus of this paper. In the process of simulated collision, the research object is simplified into a battery box. The mechanical properties of the battery monomers were investigated to summarize the mechanical properties of the internal failure of the monomers. Constructing the finite element model of the research object, we focus on the analysis of collision simulation results and propose the improvement measures. According to the test requirements in C-NCAP, the crash simulation of battery box is carried out by using the finite element software called LS-DYNA, which is used in automobile collision to analyze the deformation, stress of the battery box and the most dangerous battery monomer during the frontal collision. The simulation results show that the deformation of the case is obvious, and the protection of the battery is lost in the 50km/h frontal collision condition. By adding EVA foam, the maximum deformation of the battery monomer is reduced by 8.2%. By improving the material of battery case, the maximum deformation is reduced by 12.65%.

How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do goodlearning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with adescriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire anddocumentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentageof the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value ofTcount> Ttable namely 3.731> 1.9915 and Sig <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect oflearning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.KEYWORD. Development and commissioning of the T6 Stalker Tunnel

The T6 Stalker Tunnel is a multi-mode, high-enthalpy, transient ground test facility. It is the first of its type in the UK. The facility combines the original free-piston driver from the T3 Shock Tunnel with modified barrels from the Oxford Gun Tunnel. Depending on test requirements, it can operate as a shock tube, reflected shock tunnel or expansion tube. Commissioning tests of the free-piston driver are discussed, including the development of four baseline driver conditions using piston masses of either 36 kg or 89 kg. Experimental data are presented for each operating mode, with comparison made to numerical simulations. In general, high-quality test flows are observed. The calculated enthalpy range of the experimental conditions achieved varies from $$2.7\hbox { MJ kg}^{-1}$$ 2.7 MJ kg - 1 to $$115.0\hbox { MJ kg}^{-1}$$ 115.0 MJ kg - 1 . Graphical abstract

SP2.2.11Improving the quality of the documented weekend surgical handover: Implementation of a handover sticker within an urban teaching hospital

Aim Effective, high-quality patient handovers between the surgical team are essential for safe transfer of responsibility for patient care whilst ensuring continued patient-safety and supporting good clinical governance. Weekend handovers provide a particular challenge, with error potential, when patients are cared for by multiple different healthcare professionals. This project aimed to improve the documentation of the weekend handover for the surgical inpatients of a busy UK teaching hospital. Method Quality Improvement project performed within a single General Surgical department between August and October 2020. An initial casenote audit on 3 consecutive Fridays compared available handover information against RCS guidance. A comprehensive surgical weekend handover sticker was designed and all members of the surgical team educated in its use. Following sticker introduction, handover quality was similarly re-audited. **=p<0.00001 using Chi-squared/Fisher exact. Results 138 inpatient records were evaluated in cycle 1 and 135 in cycle 2, with the proportion containing a weekend handover increased post-intervention (96 vs. 82%,p=0.0004). Handover quality improved following sticker introduction with more frequent documentation of: diagnosis (96 vs. 21%**); need for imaging review (94 vs. 29%**); intravenous fluid plan (84 vs. 21%**); blood test requirements (94 vs. 24%**); mode of nutrition (90 vs. 24%**); antibiotics (90 vs. 30%**); drug monitoring (90 vs. 1%**); discharge planning (94 vs. 44%**) and escalation plan (87 vs. 0%**). Conclusion Introduction of a sticker has significantly improved the quality of documented handover available to the responsible on-call team. Future work will assess sticker impact on quality of care and clinical outcomes.

Pengaruh Personal Branding Felicya Angelista di Instagram Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Produk Scarlett Whitening

With the rapid use of the internet in Indonesia which is dominated by the use of social media, various social media applications have emerged that can help everyone to get and share information easily and quickly. Social media is currently also being used as a new online business platform, one of which is Instagram social media. Social media is not only used as a photo and video sharing application, but Instagram is currently used as a promotional tool in terms of doing business and building Personal Branding online. Many people are currently building their Personal Branding through Instagram such as one beautiful Indonesian artist named Felicya Angelista who currently has 16.6 million Instagram followers. Felicya Angelista also takes advantage of Instagram as a new online business platform, namely Scarlett Whitening. Currently Scarlett Whitening is always being promoted by Felicya Angelista through her Instagram account so that Felicya Angelista's Instagram followers know about Scarlett Whitening and end up in loyalty. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Felicya Angelista's Personal Branding on Instagram on customer loyalty for Scarlett Whitening products. This study also uses a quantitative approach, and the analysis used is simple linear regression. The sampling technique used was non-probability with a purposive sampling approach, as many as 100 respondents from Instagram Scarlett Whitening. The technique used for data collection is a questionnaire. Test requirements analysis using validity, reliability, and normality tests. Likewise, the data validity technique used is the t test, simple regression analysis, correlation analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. With the results of the t test, it shows that the t value is 2.770> 1.984 t table which shows that there is an influence from Felicya Angelista's Personal Branding via Instagram on customer loyalty for Scarlett Whitening products.Dengan pesatnya penggunaan internet di Indonesia yang didominasi oleh penggunaan media sosial, maka muncul berbagai macam aplikasi media sosial yang dapat membantu semua orang untuk mendapatkan dan berbagi informasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Media sosial saat ini juga digunakan sebagai wadah bisnis online yang baru, salah satunya adalah media sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, responden sebanyak 100 orang dari Instagram Scarlett Whitening. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas. Begitu juga dengan teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah uji t, analisis regresi sederhana, analisis korelasi, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung adalah 2.770 > 1,984 t table yang menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari Personal Branding Felicya Angelista melalui Instagram terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk Scarlett Whitening.
