This paper analyzes the characteristics and composition of the energy consumption system of the building from the perspective of systematic energy conservation and presents the systematic framework of the consumption model. Based on the framework, the paper focuses on how to establish a building energy consumption assessment system, find the energy efficiency index system and assessment approaches, and apply the results directly into building energy conservation and emission reduction. It not only facilitates greatly the overall and efficient management of the energy consumption system of the building, but also serves as another new approach to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.

Under the background of energy conservation and emission reduction advocated by the state, the sales volume of new energy vehicles increased rapidly and reached new highs in 2021. However, many domestic new energy vehicles still face the problems of serious homogenization and low market share. In view of this situation, we mine and capture the data of online consumers and potential consumers, analyze consumers' preferences in combination with the knowledge learned, take Shenzhen BYD Co., Ltd. as an example, analyze its competitive environment, and finally put forward feasible suggestions.

In recent years, large amounts of wastewater are mostly discharged directly to environment without being properly treatment in many washing industry, bringing tremendous damage to the environment. From the perspective of reducing energy consumption of washing waste water treatment, the first washing wastewater containing the highest pollutant concentration are tested properly, the second and third washing wastewater could be recycled. In this research, the treatment effects of six coagulants are tested, the appropriate coagulant and an economic treatment scheme of first washing wastewater are developed according to the characteristics of wastewater. Adopting the method of centralized treatment, by which we can reduce water consumption and carbon emissions and can be used in the small and medium-sized enterprise of washing industry.

The public in China have a vague notion of architecture energy conservation, additionally the various and complex geographical position and climate, so the problem of architectural energy dissipation has deteriorated. In terms of architectural energy conservation, this design wholly considered energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole life cycle. The theory of “nonexistence-existence-nonexistence” should be carried out practically and low-carbon, ecological kindergarten will be founded in Huainan by studying and taking advantage all kinds of reasonable energy conservation technology. We should exert a subtle influence on cultivating children’s sense of energy conservation and emission reduction in order to make it be popular in the society which treats children as center.

Energy transformation requires energy producers to pursue energy conservation and emission reduction, control greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and produce and supply clean low-carbon energy. Based on the principle of balanced scorecard, this paper selects the data on China Shenhua Energy Company Limited (China Shenhua) of 2015–2019, systematically analyzes the influence of energy transformation on environmental protection effect of energy enterprises, and measures the environmental responsibility level (ERL). The results show that, in the context of energy transformation, Chine Shenhua always attaches great importance to ecoenvironment protection, vigorously develops clean, safe, and efficient energy, implements key tasks like green mine construction and ultra-low emission upgrading, promotes pollution control and ecoenvironment governance, takes measures of energy conservation and emission reduction, and continuously steps up the level of carbon emissions control, thereby steadily improving ecological civilization.
