Multiferroic properties of BiFe1−xZrxO3 films can be regulated by controlling the doping amount of Zr, and the influence of phase transition on the properties of the films is systematically studied.
We prepared high-quality Bi1−xSmxFeO3 films on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol–gel processing and found rhombohedral–orthorhombic phase transition with enhanced piezoelectricity.
