One of the frequent cases of violence against adolescents in the school environment is bullying. The incidence of bullying is increasing every year. This has had an impact. Based on KPAI data, there were 37,381 incidents of bullying in Indonesia from 2011 to 2019 which commonly occur in school environments. Research conducted by non-governmental organizations explained that the biggest bullying phenomenon occurred in three cities in Indonesia, namely Yogyakarta (77.5%), Surabaya (59.8%), and Jakarta (61.1%). The incidence of bullying is increasing every year and has an adverse impact or effect on both the perpetrator and the victim. The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological impact that arises on adolescents who are victims of bullying. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, the number of participants in this study was 12 people, including students aged between 12 and 15 years and was determined through purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used open code 4.02. The results showed that some of the participants experienced severe psychological impacts. Some of them feel hopeless, feel inferior, and some hurt themselves. The conclusion of this study found that the incidence of bullying in adolescents has a negative impact on bullying victims who need care from school and parents.

Bullying berasal dari bahasa Inggris, yaitu kata kerja bully/bulie, merupakan tindakan menggertak orang yang lemah dengan mengintimidasi, merendahkan, mencemooh/mengejek, memukul dan mengasingkan seseorang dan tindakan ini sangat berdampak negatif pada psikologis, sosial dan spiritual remaja korban bullying. Bullying sendiri dapat memberikan dampak yang besar bagi korban, dimana dampaknya korban bullying cenderung merasa takut, cemas, dan memiliki self esteem yang lebih rendah dibandingkan anak yang tidak menjadi korban bullying. Kasus bullying yang dilakukan pelaku banyak terjadi secara fisik dan verbal sehingga meninggalkan bekas yang begitu besar bagi korban. Oleh karena itu, pastoral konseling Kristen hadir untuk melayani remaja korban bullying, yang bertujuan untuk memulihkan dan menolong mental dan spiritual remaja korban bullying. Dalam karya tulisan ini, penulis akan menguraikan pentingnya sebuah pelayanan pastoral konseling bagi remaja yang mengalami bullying. Bullying comes from English, which is the verb bully / bulie, is an act of bullying a weak person by intimidating, degrading, ridiculing / mocking, beating and alienating someone and this action has a very negative impact on the psychological, social and spiritual youth of victims of bullying. Bullying itself can have a large impact on victims, where the impact of bullying victims tends to feel fear, anxiety, and have lower self esteem than children who are not victims of bullying. Bullying cases committed by the perpetrators occurred physically and verbally so that they left a huge mark on the victim. Therefore, Christian pastoral counseling exists to serve youth bullying victims, which aims to restore and help mentally and spiritually bullying adolescent victims. In this paper, the author will describe the importance of pastoral counseling services for adolescents who experience bullying.
