Materials account for a significant proportion of engineering and construction projects budget. Therefore, selecting appropriate material supplier criteria is a critical economic decision, and it plays a significant role in the success of any engineering and construction firms. Traditional supplier evaluating decision-making methods are usually based on subjective opinions of experts, resulting in irrational and inappropriate decisions. This paper proposes a quantitative model for selecting a material supplier by using the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process and TOPSIS method. In this model, the material supplier selection criteria are weighted by using Group Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (GFANP). Then material suppliers are ranked using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The proposed decision-making model can provide a robust approach for solving material supplier selection problems.

Abstract Cement is one of the building material commodities that has an important role in the smooth running of development, particularly in the construction sector. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Change Management on Company Organizational Performance and to determine the Aspects of Organizational Performance and Organizational Performance which have a major influence based on the Analytic Network Process analysis. Respondents who were involved in the study were a research analysis and business owner with a material store business unit. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling method. This research was a descriptive study and requires a model and analysis tools that are able to accommodatethe research. The analytical tool used in this research was the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. With ANP, the study analyzed the value per cluster, the value of all nodes and the synthesis value of the change management cluster. The results showed that change management has an impact on organizational performance. In change management, leadership performance is one of the six dimensions that provide the most important impact and get the highest value. Whereas in organizational performance, task performance gets the highest score. Keywords: Change Management, Organizational Performance, Analytic Network Process

Construction projects are of a special nature affected by many factors, which makes them exposed to multiple risks that may lead to the abandonment of projects. Recently, the Iraqi construction sector is facing a number of problems. Abandoned construction projects are one of the most common and dangerous problems in the construction industry in Iraq, with their negative effects on stakeholders, the economy, and the environment due to the lack of sufficient financial and administrative capabilities to complete construction projects, which is reflected in exceeding the time limit for the completion of projects. The aim of this research is to use the analytic network process (ANP) technique to choose the best form of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts to fund abandoned projects in Iraq. using a questionnaire survey to determine the most criteria and alternatives for selecting appropriate financing for the abandoned project. The results shown final weight of the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) contract from ANP is 0.533, which is the best form of PPP contract among the alternatives proposed to fund the project.
