Due to recent environmental and Political requirements, and regulations of the construction industry, in which bridges is one of its important category, deciding its proper constructability is becoming vital. Therefor the objective of this research is to develop a decision model for selecting proper constructability of green bridges constructions, the model was built based on analytical network process (the ANP) soft were program, integrated with value engineering approach. For this analytical study different parameters are identified and ranked to be implemented for the decision model developed on the biases of four surveying studies conducted in this study the results of these surveying's was be analyzed by using the statically analytical program; "SPSS". Model validation and reliability is carried out using the analytical network process (ANP) for statistically analysis using case study which is a cable bridge project constructed in Egypt. ANP proves to be an effective framework for assessing readiness to adopt and facilitating TQM. The result of the study illustrate that the proper constructability alternative in green bridge concept for this determinate project is the concrete box girder type, upon this there is a cost loss of $3, 500 per square meter, equivalent to 50% losses, respect to the life cycle cost this is due to did not using the best alternate of the estimated project. upon the possibility of applying this decision model to such studies of infrastructure projects, and with respect to the results gained; it is recommend to apply the ANP model with respect to VE procedures to bridges projects of all kinds and their determinants, as well as all other construction projects, especially national ones, in future studies, which allows decision- makers to make decisions that aim at the highest quality without any waste in unnecessary costs.

Islamic boarding school has the potential to develop the Islamic economy through the Islamic boarding school business unit. Optimizing business units can create Islamic boarding school economic independence. Even so, the fact is that there are still many Islamic boarding school that have not utilized their potential. One of the Islamic boarding school that has succeeded in achieving economic independence through business units is the Al-Ittifaq Boarding School in Bandung. The aim of this research is to analyze economic activities and factors that influence the economic independence of the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. Using Analytical Network Process (ANP), the factors that influence the economic independence of the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School are divided into four aspects, namely institutional, production, stakeholder, and market aspects. The results show that market aspect has the biggest impact affecting the economic independence in Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School and the four most influential factors are the kiai leadership and management, production information systems, capital, and market availability.

Electronic waste (e-waste) has become one of the fastest-growing waste streams in the world. However, only 17.4% of it can be collected and recycled in 2019. This study aims to formulate strategies to improve the supply chain of e-waste management in Indonesia. Methods used to develop strategies in this study are the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), the Analytical Network Process (ANP), Strength–Weaknesses–Opportunities–Threats (SWOT), and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results show that infrastructure criteria have the largest weight, that is 0.267, followed by a social environment with 0.261, regulation with 0.244, stakeholder with 0.122, and economy with 0.054. The top priority of the selected strategies is to improve public education (ST1) and provide socialization of regulations and sanctions to the public (ST2).

The technology in Taiwan’s panel industry is changing fast. However, after the financial tsunami and the increased price for raw materials, enterprises’ abilities to select suppliers and purchase have great influences on plan implementation. Therefore, with the prevailing issues of supply chain management, how to evaluate and select appropriate suppliers has become a very important topic for enterprises. Depending on customers’ needs, the requirements for suppliers vary from industry to industry. On this basis, this study summarizes and analyzes the literature on supplier selection to develop the supplier selection criteria, constructs the hierarchical network architecture by an expert interview, and proposes a complete supplier evaluation model by the fuzzy theory and network analysis. This study shows that the order of the important dimensions is as follows: performance evaluation, customer service, technology and competitiveness, cost benefits, and architecture, and the most important criterion is quality. Finally, the material suppliers of backlight modules in the panel industry are taken as the examples and ranked by VIKOR, based on their merits and demerits, to help related industries to understand their current advantages and disadvantages according to the selection results obtained by the fuzzy analytical network process and improve the gap between their actual situations and enterprises’ expectations and thus enhance their competitiveness.

Assessing the performance of the Research and development (R&D) organizations to achieve higher productivity, growth, and development is always a critical necessity. Therefore, developing a more accurate model to evaluate the performance is always required. For this purpose, this study is aimed at developing a decision-making model for evaluating R&D performance. The model comes up with determining the most proper evaluative criteria for assessing R&D organizations. Then, it integrates Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with Analytical Network Process (ANP) to assess R&D performance. This paper is aimed to develop an integrated model for evaluating R&D performance. The findings of the study show that the DEA-ANP model is an accurate and acceptable model for evaluating R&D organizations’ performance.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover and map the problems faced by Islamic microfinance institutions (BPRS) both in terms of social and management. Afterward itrevealed, the solutions, strategies, and priority rankings of long-term alternative strategies were revealed using the analytic network process (ANP) method. The methodology used in this study is qualitative which aims to capture the views of sharia experts and scholars on the development of sharia microfinance institutions. The research findings related to the development model of Islamic microfinance institutions are (1). Criteria for the development of Islamic microfinance institutions include management issues, competition issues, policy issues and risk issues. Management problems are the dominant problems found in Islamic Microfinance Institutions with a value 0.427.Then followed by regulatory issues and 0.293 risks and finally 0.278 competition issues, the appraiser's agreement was 0.456 or 45.6%. (2).Then the determination of strategic planning with a value of 0.382 and affirmation of the value of the company and local genius 0.230,rater agreement 0.382 or 38.2%. These results show that the direct involvement of the Muslim community in West Sumatra as shareholders, founders and administrators has not been able to improve the quality of human resources in Islamic microfinance institutions.
