Objectives: Researching of antioxidant effects of Pseuderanthemum palatiferum (Nees) Radlk on white swiss. Subjects and Methods: Pseuderanthemum palatiferum in Hue city and neighbouring (Kim Long, Thuy Xuan, Phu Vang, An Hoa). Methods: Collection of extracts from Pseuderanthemum palatiferum. Results: (i) Research results demonstrate the antioxidant effects of leaves Xuan hoa by experimental research; (ii) Evaluating the possibility of regulating antioxidant enzyme, catalase, peroxydase, ascobatoxydase of white mice's blood. Conclusion: Results of research confirmed that the leaf Xuan hoa Pseuderanthemum palatiferum (Nees) Radlk showed antioxidant effect, and regulate the activity of enzymes
