Material experiment system of hydraulic servo system is subject to load disturbance and load disturbance is a function of standard mechanical parameters of rock samples. Rock mass is very discrete, anisotropy, composition is not single and inelastic[. Traditional tester can't get the complete stress-strain curve of rock[ material, in order to solve the shortage of the traditional hydraulic servo system, in this paper, the fuzzy PID control is successfully applied to the hydraulic servo system, through the experiments and get good effect.

Feed servo system is an important part in CNC machine tool. In order to promote CNC machine tools precision, it is particularly important to enhance the control methods research on feed servo system. In this paper, different mathematical models of CNC machine tools feed servo system in different control modes are established, and their transfer functions are obtained, also the corresponding simulation models are constructed by using Simulink tools under MATLAB environment. Through simulating, the relationship between the systems parameters and the performance of servo system are obtained, some reliable theoretical basis can be achieved for improving and enhancing CNC machine tool servo system performance. Therefore some references for the performance optimization of feed servo system in CNC machine tool are provided.

A new method of CNC machine tool servo system fault diagnosis expert system is proposed.We analyse and design the protype structure of CNC machine tool servo system fault diagnosis expert system base on the methods and theories of expert system. Feasible for the establishment of the expert system are described from knowledge base to reasoning model,and we also provide an important basis for the establishment and development of the expert system.

Traditional PID control has not been able to meet the control requirements. This paper has designed one type of Fuzzy PID controller to use in NC Machine Servo System. Simulate the response of Fuzzy PID controller and traditional PID controller by Simulink in MATLAB. The simulation results indicated that the Fuzzy PID controller had quick response speed, strong robustness, high precision and non-overshoot etc. It improved the whole control performance of NC Machine Servo System.

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Torque Motor (PMSTM) has the main characteristics of low speed, high torque, high precision and excellent stability, which can be applied to implement the direct driving technology for CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tool. In this paper, the mathematical model of PMSTM is simply introduced, and the various control strategies are discussed in detail. According to the requirement of high performance for PMSTM driving servo system in CNC machine tool, the corresponding suitable control method is employed in the feed servo system. The proposed scheme is also promoted to apply in the spindle system, the tool holder and the turntable of machine tool.

A mathematic model, focusing on the control of tail plane actuator servo system, is established based on control theories. Considering its nonlinearity and intermittence, a fuzzy-PID control method is brought forward based on fuzzy theory. The design of a fuzzy-PID controller has been accomplished. and its comparision with conventional PID control and P control has been made. The final system simulation is conducted with Simulink under the effect of unit step signal.The result shows that the fuzzy-PID control has a better performance in speed, response and anti-jamming. It has a satisfactory dynamic characteristic while not losing the advantages of the fuzzy control and the PID control. Therefore, it enhances the integral property of the tail plane actuator servo system and obtains a good control effect. In a word, the new system can meet the requirement of the system better.
