The present study is concerned with determining the effect of organizational reputation on employee engagement in the University of Warth Al-Anbiya. The study is conducted on (50) teaching staff at University of Warith Al-Anbiya. A questionnaire has been designed to collect the required data to measure the sub-dimensions of organizational reputation with the sub-dimensions of organizational immersion and to determine the level of impact between the variables. A set of statistical methods has been used to measure the relevant variables (mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient "Pearson"). The study indicates a strong direct correlation between the components of organizational reputation with its dimensions (social responsibility, organization image, creativity, quality of service, Attracting the talented) and between employee engagement with its dimensions (enthusiasm, dedication, assimilation). The study has reached a set of conclusions. A set of proposals and recommendations was put forward, the most important of which is the assess of the capabilities of workers and working to identify their needs for continuous training and qualification to enable them to meet new work requirements as well as attract talents and improve the reputation of an organization.

The scheme of structure and transmission is designed in the paper. A kind of stubble-smashing machine is virtually manufactured by the software Pro/E 4.0. On the base of it, the deformation analysis and strain analysis of smashing cutter are done with the software ANSYS Workbench13, which shows that the machine can meet the work requirements. The paper supplies theoretical basis for the design of corn stubble-smashing machine.

AbstractIt has been substantiated that Academic English must be an integral component of ESL students’ study at foreign languages departments to achieve success as professionals and be ready to realize themselves in a demanding world of today. We have defined the main problem on the way to it, namely the insufficient provision of the Academic English discipline in curricula of foreign language departments or its absence. The necessity to elaborate a syllabus for Academic English discipline being taught throughout all the course of study has been substantiated. Educational programs of Academic English in a number of foreign educational establishments of Great Britain, the USA, Canada and Australia have been analyzed and their defining features have been outlined. Strategies and conditions for effective teaching of Academic English have been characterized. It has been defined that in general, in spite of slight differences in the topics covered by different EAP programs, all of them are aimed at: developing strategies and vocabulary for reading and understanding academic texts; finding, understanding, describing and evaluating information for academic purposes; developing active listening and effective note-taking skills; building on language skills to describe problems and cause-and-effect; gathering a range of information, using the skills learned, to integrate it into a written report; engaging in peer-to-peer feedback before finalising one’s piece of academic work. Requirements for students’ achievements at the end of the course have been determined. As a basis for Academic English syllabus elaboration has been chosen a course by M. Hewings and C. Thaine (upper-intermediate and advanced levels). On its basis we have defined units to be covered by the course as well as skills to be developed. Recommendations as to better and more efficient teaching of the discipline have been outlined.

Siwo Megou merupakan karya tari yang berpijak pada gerak dasar tari Cangget Lampung. Karya ini terinspirasi dari kehidupan masyarakat Lampung. Siwo Megou diambil dari bahasa Lampung yang artinya Sembilan Marga. Kesembilan marga tersebut diikat oleh aliran sungai yang mengikat daerah tersebut. Kesembilan marga disatukan oleh ‘alat’ pemersatu yaitu siger pepadun. Kesembilan marga direpresentasikan ke dalam bentuk sebuah siger pepadun sebagai simbol persatuan. Musik yang digunakan berangkat dari tabuhan tradisi Lampung yang dikomposisi sesuai kebutuhan dan interpretasi penata. Karya ini ditarikan oleh sepuluh penari, sembilan lakilaki dan satu perempuan. Menggunakan rangsang kinestetik dan rangsang ideasional. Desain dramatik dibagi menjadi tiga segmen. ABSTRACT Siwo Megou is a dance work based on the basic movements of Cangget Lampung dance. This work is inspired by the life of the people of Lampung. Siwo Megou is taken from the Lampung language, which means the Nine Clans. The nine clans are bound by a river that binds the area. The nine clans are united by a unifying tool, the Siger Pepadun. The nine clans are represented in the form of a siger pepadun as a symbol of unity. The music used departed from the wasp of the Lampung tradition which was composed according to the needs and interpretation of the stylist. The theme used is unity. Dance works are danced by ten dancers, nine men and one woman. Using kinesthetic stimuli and professional stimuli. The dramatic design is divided into three segments according to the needs of this work.The discovery of motion in this work is the discovery of new motion according to the work requirements of this work. Motion motives obtained are then processed according to the creativity and interpretation of the stylist. The work of Siwo Megou's choreography arranged and danced in groups is a creation that is divided into three segments staged in the prosecenium stage on May 21, 2019.

In considering theoretical, methodological, and pedagogical perspectives for preparing language learners and teachers in/for the 21st century, the preceding chapters have sought to highlight how research findings could/should inform curriculum, instruction, and professional development in higher education so as to promote language learning and sustain its link to professionalization in today’s and tomorrow’s society. Language learning and professionalization have been explored here through researches focusing on: university students who need to learn to communicate in one or more foreign languages to both interact as global citizens and increase their chances of employability; professionals who, on their lifelong learning journey, study foreign languages to enrich or develop (new) skills for a variety of reasons, including the need to meet evolving work requirements and adapt to an ever changing society; and (pre-service) language teachers who need to learn how best to meet the needs of learners. In this brief coda, we synthesize the major points from the chapters included in this book and highlight the opportunities that exist and the challenges that must be addressed if we want the opportunities not to remain just that.
