Proposed one kind of improvement artificial immunization algorithm calculates the electrical power system generation expansion planning, this algorithm maintained the basic immunity algorithm comprehensive search ability, also the concept which is apart from through the introduction vector causes the immunity algorithm theoretically to guarantee the understanding the multiplicity. Through the simulation experiment computed result indicated this algorithm is feasible. And so on compares with the heredity algorithm, this algorithm overall situation search ability strong, the convergence rate is quick.

In the deregulated power system, it would be difficult to assess and evaluate the prices for transmission lines in the power factor-based approach. In the Indian power sector, different electrical power users follow a regional price method of wheeling power rates. Because of the policy change, the postage stamp system is no longer suitable for the Indian electricity generation. It is because nonlinear power flow is very influential in creating prices between transmission lines. The MW-mile method is used for real power wheeling price assessment, and MVA-mile method is employed for the accurate and reactive power wheeling price assessment. For various flow-based processes to be efficient, decision-makers should consider the different optimization techniques. This paper proposes a new method by which wheeling prices can be allocated for the Indian utility IEEE 14-bus system using the MVA-mile and MW-mile method based on the PSO algorithm approach for optimum power flow calculation In this paper, MW-Mile based, MVA-Mile based incremental cost of power demand addition and power factor-based approach are utilised. Sensitivity analysis will take place. It is also pertinent to study the DC load flow based costs.

The diagnosis process is the first step to knowing a type of disease. This type of disease caused by mosquitoes is one of the major viruses (MAVY), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and malaria. Sometimes not everyone can find the virus that is carried by this mosquito, usually children who are susceptible to this virus because the immune system that has not been built perfectly is perfect. To know for sure which virus is infected by mosquitoes, it can diagnose by seeing symptoms perceived symptoms. Expert systems are one of the most used artificial intelligence techniques today because expert systems can act as consultations. In this case the authors make a system to start a diagnosis process with variable centered intelligent rule system (VCIRS) methods through perceived symptoms. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. This expert system is made with the Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 programming language. Keywords: Expert System, Mayora Virus, Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS)The diagnosis process is the first step to knowing a type of disease.
