This study investigates the motivation configuration of bluxury tourism behavior. According to complexity theory and push and pull motivation theory, we establish a framework of complex configuration conditions, including push forces, pull forces, and constraints that lead to bluxury tourism. Based on fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis, we identified seven main motivation configurations of bluxury tourism behavior covering three core factors: physical factors, seeking/exploration in push forces, and intangible factors in pull forces. In addition, combinations of constraints in the configuration demonstrate various paths leading to bluxury tourism behavior. These findings provide unique insight into bluxury tourism participation.

The measurement of terminal productivity is the issue of extreme importance to both terminal owners and management and customers. As the sector of transport is highly intensive in terms of investments into the infrastructure, the productivity of a terminal may play a crucial role in competing with other terminals. Productivity is defined in terms of inputs and output. The majority of the available studies, wherein this issue is addressed, are generally focused on the determination of functional dependence between inputs and output using the method of regressive analysis. The present article provides an insight into the Data Envelopment Analysis method as a tool for measuring productivity. This technique enables a rather accurate evaluation of terminal productivity by means of comparative analysis, which, in fact, appears to be the only feasible alternative in cases where statistic data required for performing regressive analysis is lacking.

The paper provides new insight into the analysis of exocentric compounds in English and Punjabi by introducing a new step-by-step mechanism devised with the help of cognitive and cultural linguistics. The main purpose of the study is to show that exocentric compounds are very productive in the Indo -European languages. The current study claims that every exocentric compound is metaphoric in nature. Every constituent in an exocentric compound carries several  interpretations based on specific metonymic relations and  cultural knowledge. The meaning of one constituent aids and activates the interpretation of another constituent.   In this paper*, only four examples of NN compounds are discussed in detail. Although the study is not a comparative analysis in actual sense, however, the formations of such compounds in English  are also analyzed to show the applicability of the mechanism in other languages as well. The results revealed that the above mechanism is equally applicable in both the languages and supports the metaphoric interpretation in exocentric compounds. The study also nullifies the claims about the non-productivity and unpredictability of the exocentric compounds.

In order to maintain the quality of software, it is important to measure it complexity. This provides an insight into the degree of comprehensibility and maintainability of the software. Measurement can be carried out using cognitive measures which are based on cognitive informatics. A number of such measures have been proposed in literature. The goal of this article is to identify the features and advantages of the existing measures. In addition, a comparative analysis is done based on some selected criteria. The results show that there is a similar trend in the output obtained from the different measures when they are applied to different examples. This makes it easy for adopting organisations to readily choose from the options based on the availability of tool support.

Structural comparison often aids insight into the function and mechanics of biological macromolecules. To make such analyses more accessible, we present the Procrustes Structural Matching Alignment and Restraints Tool (ProSMART), which is designed to allow fast but detailed comparative analysis of macromolecular structures despite potential dissimilarities in global arrangement, such as domain motion and distortion. Whilst obtaining a residue alignment between structures is a prerequisite for comparative analysis, conventional alignment methods may fail in cases where conformational differences are dramatic. However, ProSMART achieves a conformation-independent structural alignment by focusing purely on local dissimilarities, rather than enforcing chain/domain rigidity. This allows the sensible comparison of protein (or DNA/RNA) structures in the presence of conformational change. ProSMART allows analysis of the structural conservation of local backbone and side chains in a wide variety of scenarios - the method is sensitive enough to allow identification of subtle dissimilarities between structures sharing high sequence homology, whilst being versatile enough to allow identification of local similarities between more distantly-related structures. In addition, ProSMART can be used for the identification of conserved rigid substructures, which may or may not represent functional domains. ProSMART is also used for the generation of external restraints for use in crystallographic refinement. Results from ProSMART can be visualised in either CCP4mg or PyMOL. All residue-based scores are illustrated using intuitive colour gradients, allowing easy visual assessment of local backbone and side chain conservation. Complementary structural comparison tools such as ProSMART can help break the complexity of the constantly growing pool of available structural data into a more readily accessible form, and consequently may aid biological insight into macromolecular structures.
