Analysis of methods for determining the hardness of the winding shows that all existing methods require a lot of labor and time. When measuring the layer-by-layer hardness, the known methods do not allow obtaining continuous values, and in the case of measuring the hardness of packages of complex shape (conical bobbins, cops, spinning cobs, etc.), it requires a calculation using cumbersome formulas. In this case, the main difficulties arise in determining the volume of the layers of the winding, which in the general case have a complex configuration, and due to defects in the winding may have an irregular shape. Obviously, the described technique is rather cumbersome, and a lot of measurements and calculations are required to obtain a graph of the change in the winding hardness along the package radius. The construction of a graph of the change in hardness along the generatrix using a special device is generally problematic, since placement of more than three sources on the device is impossible due to the size of the meters, and the construction of the curve by three points cannot be considered satisfactory. Winding hardness is one of the most important parameters, on which many technological properties of the package depend. Indeed, with an increase in the hardness of the winding, the amount of material in the same volume increases, which makes it possible to replace packages less often, both on the machine that forms them, and at the subsequent transition. As a result, the equipment useful time increases. It was found that the hardness of the winding is closely related to its rigidity, and hence to the stability during transportation. The hardness of the winding affects the permeability of the package when it is treated with solutions. In this case, a huge role is played not only by the average value of the hardness, but also by its distribution over the layers

The aim of the study is to determine the effect of the type of structural modifier and filler on the structure formation and technological properties of potting composite polymeric materials (HCPM) and protective coatings for sheet and complex-configuration technological equipment, taking into account their rheological properties. Compositions of composite polymer materials based on a thermosetting binder of epoxy-diane resin ED-20 filled with a mineral filler - kaolin modified with gassipol resin (GS) - were developed using Newton's interpolation formula and the Lagrange method. The optimal amount of gossypol resin determined in the composition of the composite – in the amount of 6-10 mass., including in relation to sheet coverings and 8-12 wt. h. for parts of large-size complex-configuration technological equipment

Current studies are shifting from the use of single linear references to representation of multiple genomes organised in pangenome graphs or variation graphs. Meanwhile, in metagenomic samples, resolving strain-level abundances is a major step in microbiome studies, as associations between strain variants and phenotype are of great interest for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. We developed StrainFLAIR with the aim of showing the feasibility of using variation graphs for indexing highly similar genomic sequences up to the strain level, and for characterizing a set of unknown sequenced genomes by querying this graph. On simulated data composed of mixtures of strains from the same bacterial species Escherichia coli, results show that StrainFLAIR was able to distinguish and estimate the abundances of close strains, as well as to highlight the presence of a new strain close to a referenced one and to estimate its abundance. On a real dataset composed of a mix of several bacterial species and several strains for the same species, results show that in a more complex configuration StrainFLAIR correctly estimates the abundance of each strain. Hence, results demonstrated how graph representation of multiple close genomes can be used as a reference to characterize a sample at the strain level.

The aim of the investigation was to demonstrate the possibility of modern technology of endoscopic drainage of difficultly accessible pancreatic pseudocyst of complex configuration using endosonography.Material and methods: a patient with a long history of recurrent chronic pancreatitis and a pseudocyst of complex configuration and anatomical location formed on this background was subjected to internal drainage of postnecrotic cyst under the control of endosonography in November 2020.Result: The surgical intervention and postoperative period were without complications. Control CT scan of the abdominal cavity organs after 3 months showed complete reduction and disappearance of the cyst. The follow-up period up to the present time is 5 months. The patient had no complaints at the moment. Conclusion: this clinical observation demonstrates the advantages of minimally invasive intraluminal transduodenal access. The used access permitted to perform surgery in maximum organ preserving variant with the best functional result.

Statement of the problem. Improving the architectural and artistic appearance of the new development of the city, its individualization has long been an urgent problem. In the 1960s and 70s, many houses were built in Voronezh according to standard projects, which made the development of new areas of the city monotonous and of the same type. New districts in different cities of our country have lost their identity, have become similar to each other. In Voronezh, the monotony and monotony of new built and under construction areas such as Shilovo, Otradnoye and other microdistricts have created a problem that again needs to be solved. The development is very monotonous and impersonal, because it is conducted according to standard (re-used) projects with a very limited list of standard sections. Results. The methodology of the approach to design proposed by the authors of the projects of residential complexes allowed us to implement a number of objects of mass development quite interesting, not similar to each other. The article analyzes several residential complexes of mass development built in Voronezh, the architectural originality of which was achieved through the development and use of block sections of complex configuration.Conclusions. The use of sections of complex configuration can help urban planners working on projects of new residential complexes to find original space-planning solutions that ensure the uniqueness of the development of Voronezh. The architectural and artistic quality of the new districts, provided that they are unique and diverse, will be worthy of the historical center of the city of Voronezh.

This study investigates the motivation configuration of bluxury tourism behavior. According to complexity theory and push and pull motivation theory, we establish a framework of complex configuration conditions, including push forces, pull forces, and constraints that lead to bluxury tourism. Based on fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis, we identified seven main motivation configurations of bluxury tourism behavior covering three core factors: physical factors, seeking/exploration in push forces, and intangible factors in pull forces. In addition, combinations of constraints in the configuration demonstrate various paths leading to bluxury tourism behavior. These findings provide unique insight into bluxury tourism participation.

Diamond back wing is subjected to large deformation while gliding, which significantly changes characteristics of the lift as well as the static stability. For this reason, conventional rigid aircraft assumption cannot meet the requirements of the aerodynamic analysis of such aircrafts for accuracy. In this paper, based on CFD/CSD methods, the static aeroelasticity of a small diameter bomb with diamond back wing was studied. The results showed that static aeroelastic effects cause the slope of lift line to drop by 21% and the aerodynamic centre to move backwards by a 1.5% bomb body length, which will deviate the actual flight performance from the design point, thereby decreasing the cruise efficiency and the cruise range.
