A power conversion efficiency of 17.9% has been obtained for the device with a critical BCP thickness of 5 nm. While if the BCP layer is too thin or too thick, charge accumulation will emerge and lead to device performance degradation.

By incorporating long P3HT nanofibrils as a hole transporting layer, high-performance, air-stable and flexible perovskite solar cells with a large active area (1 cm2) have been realized with an excellent power conversion efficiency of 13.12%.

A low-temperature processed flower-like TiO2 array layer was prepared and utilized as ETL in perovskite solar cells, leading to an enhanced power conversion efficiency (15.71 %) than that of traditional mesoporous TiO2 layer based devices (13.25 %) with less hysteresis.
