Based on the analysis on civil engineering of existing old-age real estate building energy saving, this paper builts comprehensive evaluation index system, and analyzes its evaluation index content and determines the standards. Using grey relational analysis to establish the simplified evaluation index system,and based on artificial neural network, this paper then establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of urban old-age real estate building energy saving, which not only helps to control building energy saving effect, but also helps to guide new old-age real estate building energy saving to carry out, and promotes the development of civil engineering industry.

Sepuluh November Institute of Technology (ITS) encourages the ECO Campus program. The program enables ITS to systematically identify, evaluate, manage and improve their environmental performance and practices. One of the program issue is energy saving in building. The energy saving effect of an air-conditioning system retrofit project is analyzed by Energy Conservation Opportunities (ECOs) Method. These ECOs are assessed in terms of their costs and benefits, and an economic comparison to rank the various refrigerants. Finally, an Action Plan is created where certain ECOs are selected for implementation. Civil Engineering Department has a responsibility to design infrastructure and green building concept planning. This department also has the largest energy consumption in this faculty comparing the other department. The energy consumption on this Department is 60829 kWh/month. The value of IKE is 13.39 per month with the largest electrical energy consumption in air-conditioning system is 57% from total consumption. The energy used of air-conditioning sytem is 523.692 kWh. The energy saving opportunities by CFC retrofitting with hydrocarbon can save its power consumption about 20%. It also saving cost and reducing the electricity bill of 1643871.838 IDR/month. The payback period of investment costs of retrofit R-22 to Hydrocarbonis about 13 month.

It is of great significance to build energy conservation measures in civil engineering for improving environmental quality and save energy consumption. This article analyzes measures from the civil engineering overview and application status of building energy saving measures, the importance of building energy saving measures in combination with civil engineering. The measures are important for our country to make a certain contribution to saving energy consumption and realize the sustainable development.

This article proposed a new mode of modular build of architectural space, which is a creative approach to achieve high-efficient construction and operation. The new mode integrates each step during the process of design, construction, and operation of buildings as a whole system, implementing the purpose of creating appropriate, cost-efficient, and durable buildings. The authors established a framework of modular build of multi-storey bar-shaped buildings. The new mode aims to improve the overall efficiency in the entire architecture and civil engineering industry and realize macroscopic energy-saving to obtain enormous social benefits.

This article analyzes the common problems in the construction of civil engineering, and discusses the application of energy-saving and green technology in civil engineering. Corresponding measures are also put forward to promote the energy-saving and green technology, as well as the sustainable development of the construction industry.

With the rapid development of global civil engineering construction, the intelligent structural system of civil engineering has evolved into one of the current global frontier disciplines. The research on the intelligent structural system of civil engineering and the current development situation are analyzed, and the main problems are combined. Giving reasonable suggestions is of great significance to the country's vigorous development of civil engineering intelligent structure system. This paper designs a new type of three-dimensional fiber grating sensor, including the design of the matrix model and the design of fiber grating strain gauges. This new sensor can effectively measure three-dimensional space, greatly expanding the application range of fiber grating sensors. In this paper, the design lighting area of each light pipe is taken as a unit. Each unit is set with 4 measuring points at the center and the edge. Each measuring point reads 3 illuminance value parameters and records the average value. Based on the results and comprehensive consideration of the short board situation, the research conclusions and recommendations are put forward. The foundation wall with aerated concrete blocks as the wall material can meet the requirements of 50% energy saving for exterior wall buildings with external decoration and internal insulation mortar. Compared with the benchmark wall of 50% energy saving of external wall buildings, the heat transfer coefficient is reduced by 50.1%, and the actual energy-saving effect of the wall can reach 75%. Meet the requirements of 65% for the energy-saving effect of exterior wall buildings. This paper considers economic parameters, such as the investment cost of building insulation materials, energy-saving income, and investment recovery period, and establishes a calculation model for analyzing the economics of insulation materials. Based on the heat transfer model of the composite wall and the fuel energy combustion equation, greenhouse gas is an established calculation model for CO2 and SO2 emissions. Studies have shown that when considering the room temperature insulation performance of insulation materials, the time required for the side of the concrete slab with glass fiber felt and aerogel insulation materials is about 2022 and 3363 s, respectively, indicating the fire resistance of aerogel insulation materials significantly better than fiberglass.
