With the rapid development of cities, more and more new roads are built in various civil engineering projects. Subgrade construction is the core of road engineering system. Only by comprehensively ensuring the quality of road subgrade can the road performance be effectively improve and the development of urban construction be ensured. The quality of subgrade determines the traffic capacity of urban roads and plays a decisive role in the safety and stability of traffic. This article mainly analyzes the problems of road subgrade construction in civil engineering, and comprehensively puts forward countermeasures, so as to effectively improve the subgrade construction quality and ensure the smooth operation of roads.

Energy-saving and green technology plays an important role in the development of civil engineering in the new era. The concept of energy saving and environmental protection can not only ensure the coordination between civil engineering construction and urban living environment, but also reduce construction cost and avoid energy consumption. This article analyzes the common problems in the construction of civil engineering, and discusses the application of energy-saving and green technology in civil engineering. Corresponding measures are also put forward to promote the energy-saving and green technology, as well as the sustainable development of the construction industry.

With the rapid development of economy in China, building technology has been improved and innovated in recent years. Urban development cannot be separated from buildings. However, China’s land resources are limited and cannot meet the increasing housing needs. More and more real estate companies have shifted their investment focus to high-rise building projects, which are more complex and require a lot of building materials than lower-rise building projects. In recent years, with the optimization and upgrading of technology, the requirements of high-rise buildings are getting higher and higher, and the technical operation is becoming more and more difficult. In this case, appropriate methods must be taken to control the technical quality of civil engineering.

<p>In this paper, a large-span cable-stayed bridge with double pylons and double cable planes is employed to study the overall and local mechanical behaviors. The steel box girder bridge is constructed by incremental launching with the maximum span of 50 m. Through the overall stress analysis, the most unfavorable stress position of the structure in the incremental launching construction is identified; the refined local stress analysis is carried out for the girder section at this position, and the local stress characteristics of the structure are studied. The mechanical performance and the applicability of incremental launching are determined by comparing four kinds of elastic cushion. This paper aims at improving the safety of incremental launching construction of steel box girder bridge, and can provide reference for similar projects.</p>

<p><strong> </strong>In this paper, in order to investigate the behavior of existing piles caused by the horizontal and compression deformation of soft substratum due to backfill surcharge on coastal floodplain, three-dimensional finite element models of piles adjacent to surcharge load were established. The deformation and migration law of soft soil was analyzed. The behavior of single pile and double row pile adjacent to surcharge load were studied, in which the influence of surcharge load location, surcharge pressure, pile stiffness, and pile top constraint conditions were considered. The results show that as the position of surcharge load is closer and the surcharge pressure increases, the response (e.g. deformation and bending moment) is more obvious. With the increase of pile stiffness, the range of passive load is increased. The deformation behavior of pile body under different constraints of pile cap is significantly different. The effect of secondary bending moment caused by pile axial force is obvious and cannot be ignored. If there is a thick soft substratum, it is beneficial to improve the behavior of adjacent piles by using cement mixing pile reinforcement.</p>

<p>In this paper, the feasibility of winter construction of steel sleeve grouting connection is studied, and two technical schemes of thermal insulation measures for winter construction are provided. This paper mainly introduces the experimental research work of sleeve grouting by simulating winter construction, including test scheme, test operation flow, test equipment and test data collection and analysis. It is concluded that the thermal insulation measures of prefabricated wall panel covering electric heating blanket, XPS insulation board and sleeve outer wall winding electric companion heat preservation are feasible. Finally, according to the actual project case to verify the feasibility of thermal insulation measures, so that the project can progress smoothly, for similar projects in winter construction to provide reference and reference.</p>

<p align="justify">Taking the prestressed continuous beam-arch composite bridge on the Zheng Wan High-speed Railway as a research object, which across the South-to-North Water Transfer in Zhang Liang Town, the space finite element model of the bridge was established by Midas/Civil, the cantilever casting construction process of the main beam was simulated, and the influence of many different parameters on beam line shape of the bridge was investigate. The results show that the unbalanced weight of the hanging basket and the prestressed steel bar parameters have less influence on the beam line shape; the bulk density of concrete and the arrangement length of counterweight have a great influence on line shape, therefore, these should be considered as key control parameters during construction, the counterweight of boom beam can reduce the deformation of bridge’s mid-span, it is advantageous for the Analysis of Influence Factors on Line Shape of High-speed Railway Beam-arch Combination Bridge line shape control of the bridge.</p>

<p>The structure of cable-stayed bridge without back cable is a new breakthrough.In this paper, the cable adjustment process of linzhou yingbin bridge is studied. the whole bridge model is established using the finite element software MIDAS CIVIL.This paper compares the measured cable force with the designed cable force and gets range of cable force difference, The influence matrix method is used for the second cable adjustment to ensure that the stress and structural deformation in the process of cable adjustment are within the range of the design requirements.The cable force variation of the whole bridge is detected by dynamic measuring instrument to ensure the construction safety in the process of cable adjustment.</p><p> </p>

<p>With the development of geotechnical engineering, the double row pile support technology of deep foundation pit in geotechnical engineering has also been improved. However, at present, there are still problems, which affects the quality and safety of the whole geotechnical engineering, and requires measures to deal with them. This paper first describes the characteristics of double row pile support of deep foundation pit in geotechnical engineering, then analyzes the problems laying in it, and finally puts forward some countermeasures.</p>
