Huge amount of unstructured data including image, video, audio, and text are ubiquitously generated and shared, it is a challenge to protect sensitive personal information in them, such as human faces, voiceprints, and authorships. Differential privacy is the standard privacy protection technology that provides rigorous privacy guarantees for various data. This survey summarizes and analyzes differential privacy solutions to protect unstructured data content before they are shared with untrusted parties. These differential privacy methods obfuscate unstructured data after they are represented with vectors, and then reconstruct them with obfuscated vectors. We summarize specific privacy models and mechanisms together with possible challenges in them. We also conclude their privacy guarantees against AI attacks and utility losses. Finally, we discuss several possible directions for future research.

Abstract In the power system, distribution network is a very important link, and its operation quality and power supply reliability have a great impact on the whole social and economic development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the structure, function and characteristics of intelligent distribution network. Then it introduces the research status of optimization strategy based on genetic algorithm and its security protection technology, as well as the relevant basic theoretical knowledge. Then, aiming at the existing problems, the security protection system is designed for the power grid. Finally, through the performance test of the system, it is verified that the method is efficient and practical, and can effectively improve the security and stability of the power system, promote the further acceleration of China’s sustainable construction process, improve the benefit level of power supply enterprises, and achieve the goal of social and economic development.

The paper examines the main types of intellectual property rights, which might be violated in the media space (Internet, radio, TV, press). In today's world, the media has long been a major source of information. As the amount of information in the media increases, so does the amount of intellectual property involved. The most fundamental form of intellectual property protection technology is the control of access to information (ie determining whether the requester is allowed access to information). However, the existing access control offers only part of what is needed to work with intellectual property. So, it is not always protected at the legislative level, and the context in which it is used often does not benefit the owner. The intellectual property right infringement requires deep analyzes of the current situation, exploring and offering concrete solutions for each particular kind of infringements. Thus, the aim of the work is to study, analyze and identify problems of infringement of intellectual property rights in the media space, ways to prevent and combat them. The ways of offenses prevention are widely describe in the paper. Possible infringements of intellectual property objects on the Internet, on television and radio are analyzed in the paper; the legislative basis for protection of intellectual property rights and statistics in cyber attacks in 2020 in the world are deeply analyzed. The methods of protection of intellectual property rights of various types, including, such as coding of websites, a watermark and others are ofefred. The activity plan based on process of registration of the intellectual property right and solution of problems with infringers are investigated and offered in the paper. The importance of media impact in the sphere of intellectual property is described on the example of presidential campaign in USA. Recommendations for: identifying the need to protect intellectual property, improvement of existing administrative measures for the development and protection of intellectual property are investigated in the paper and are of practical value.

In this study the development, analysis and description of the sche­me of environment protection technology for the oil storage were carried out. The proposed scheme is provided for the utilization of vapors of technical combustible liquids stored at the enterprise, namely diesel fuel, gasoline and motor oil, formed during the manifestation of the phenomena of small and large reservoir breathing in significant quantities. Set of initial data and the mass hour­ly emission of such vapors into the en­vironment were obtained according to an improved approach. Development of a high-pressure storage reser­voir for such vapors as the executive device of environmental protection technology for the oil storage according to an improved approach was carried out. Parameters of the reciprocating compressor, which distills the mixture of such vapors from the low-pressure storage reservoir to the high-pressure sto­rage reservoir, compressing them, was selected. Calculation of the reservoir wall thickness ba­sed on the theory of strength of closed solid shells was carried out taking into account the mechanical properties of the wall material, namely steel 60, and the value of the pressure of the gaseous fluid in it. Magnitudes of weight of the deve­loped reservoir and the cost of materials for its manufacture were determinated. Design of a combined reservoir for the ac­cu­mu­lation of a volley of a mixture of such vapors with a system of intermediate cooling of the mixture after its compression by a reciprocating compressor and the pos­sibility of heating the condensate in the reservoir was de­ve­loped.
