This article starts with the analysis of the contact between the laser processing bionic brake drum unit body and the brake pad and performs the analysis of the force between the unit body and the brake pad based on elastic mechanics and contact mechanics. By using the Preston equation, the wear of the brake pad caused by the unit body is obtained, as well as the relevant factors and influence rule which affects the wear of the brake pad are found. During laser processing on the bionic brake drum unit body, in order to reduce wear of brake pad, the height of the unit body should be minimized. Besides, the light intensity at the centre of the laser spot should be reduced, and the laser intensity distribution should be more uniform, which can effectively improve the environmental friendliness of the brake drum.

In this paper, the contact mechanics is applied to analyse the interaction between the striped unit body on the bionic brake drum and the brake pad. The contact stress distribution law of two objects interaction is obtained. According to the stress distribution law the change of the friction and wear of the striped unit body on the brake pad is derived. Considering the change of the surface feature regardless of other factors, the friction wear of the striped unit body on the brake pad has increased by more than 27%. It is found that small convex striped unit bodies are added on the surface of the bionic brake drum, which makes the contact surface between the brake drum and the brake pad no longer the original plane contact. Therefore, the pressure and direction between the contact surfaces are various. Besides, even if the external pressure does not change, the contact normal pressure between the contact surfaces will be increased which increases the friction wear on the brake pad accordingly.

In this study, our proposed ultraviolet light-emitting diode (UV LED) mosquito-trapping lamp is designed to control diseases brought by insects such as mosquitoes. In order to enable the device to efficiently catch mosquitoes in a wider area, a secondary freeform lens (SFL) is designed for UV LED. The lens is mounted on a 3 W UV LED light bar as a mosquito-trapping lamp of the new UV LED light bar module to achieve axially symmetric light intensity distribution. The special SFL is used to enhance the trapping capabilities of the mosquito-trapping lamp. The results show that when the secondary freeform surface lens is applied to the experimental outdoor UV LED mosquito-trapping lamp, the trapping range can be expanded to 100π·m2 and the captured mosquitoes increased by about 300%.

In the scientific literature, there are numerous studies with different approaches and focuses on assessing the environmental impact of online shopping and shopping in the traditional retail channel. The aim of this work is to analyse scientific studies that quantitatively assess the environmental impact of transport activities in both channels and to extract the factors used for this assessment. A literature search was conducted for the period 2006 to October 2020, with 90 studies shortlisted, of which 15 studies were identified as relevant in a screening process. The analysis showed that a different number of factors is included in the selected studies. Logistics-related and behavioural factors are mostly of similar importance. Third-order effects, such as rebound or complementary effects, are rarely considered. Furthermore, it becomes clear that the results also depend on differences in study design and external factors. This work illustrates the complexity of quantitatively assessing the environmental impact of online and in-store shopping. Caution is advised when deriving recommendations for action from general statements about the environmental friendliness of a distribution channel. The 15 factors found, together with the classification method used, form a solid basis for building new models.
