Basic environment construction is a livelihood project, especially water environment management is a hot topic in current engineering construction. There are more or fewer risks in the water environment treatment construction process, especially the black and smelly water treatment during the flood season. Hidden dangers, especially this year is the resumption of work and production after the epidemic, which coincides with the flood season. This article takes the EPC project of comprehensive water environment management in the east of a city as an example, and combines the WBS-RBS method and AHP analysis to analyze the risks of the water environment management project during the flood period. Analysis enables the project risk to be predicted in advance, and the risk is quantified, so that the risk coefficient is minimized and the project construction can proceed smoothly.

As a sudden public health event, the COVID-19 epidemic has brought a tremendous impact on the economic and social development of China. Its biggest and most direct impact is in the tertiary industry, especially the cultural tourism industry, which has a more far-reaching impact. This paper takes Guangxi as an example to study the current situation, problems, and future development direction of the cultural tourism industry in the post-epidemic era. The study found that the response to the epidemic in ethnic minority areas represented by Guangxi was timely and rapid, but due to their industrial resilience and the impact of the epidemic, the revitalization of the culture and tourism industry is still facing severe challenges. Therefore, this article put forward the key countermeasure to promote the cultural tourism industry revitalization of ethnic minority areas from list management, elements of development management, project construction, industry integration, and international cooperation, to provide policy recommendations and theoretical basis for the revitalization of the cultural tourism industry in ethnic minority areas.

In 2006, the Korean Ministry of Environment established <The 1st Water Environment Management Master Plan>. The plan aimed at “Clean Water, Eco River 2015” and guided water quality protection and strengthened water management. This study evaluated the achievement of the target water quality among the 33 mid-level basins in the Nakdong River basin and assessments of the causes of non-achievement of the target water quality by mid-level basins. According to the 2015 water quality data, only 16 of the 33 mid-level basins achieved the target water quality. The low achievement of the target water quality was attributed to the failure to predict the pollutant load at the time of planning, problems with the management of tributaries, implementation of the <Four major river restoration project>, and problems with the representativeness of the water quality representative points. In addition, feasibility studies on the water quality monitoring representative point used in each mid-level basin were also performed; some mid-level basins required improvement or change of the representative points. This study also suggested further research to improve water quality, such as detailed studies of the management of pollutant load, mainstream tributaries, and water quality indicators, for the revision of the current ongoing <The 2nd Water Environment Management Master Plan>.

From the perspective of China’s construction enterprises, taking the nature of risk and engineering’s characteristics into account. The paper apply the Delphi Method to establish primeval list of international project construction risk, use Analytic Hierarchy Process to conduct a comprehensive evaluation to risk factors in the primeval list of international project construction risk, identify risk factors and put forward coping strategies, The ultimate goal is to provide reference and a basis for risk management of construction companies involved in international project construction.

Engineering bridge construction is a very complicated system work. The potential risk would occur frequently in the process from construction preparation to completion. The bridgework has fundamental features in huge investment, complex technology, broad engineering, long project life cycle and big impact if an accident happened. Compared to other highway construction process, there are more risks in the process of the bridgework. According to the method of steel tube concrete composite column bridge pier construction on bridge engineering, this thesis identifies the bigger risk factors in the procedure with the analytic hierarchy process. Combined with the technology of the MIDAS/CIVIL and imitating upper structure construction of actual construction process, it quantificationally analyses the construction risk. This could be for the reference to risk analysis on bridge project construction.

Abstract In view of the difficulties in promoting intelligent management in the field of engineering construction, based on the concept of intelligent enterprise and the actual situation of hydropower project-construction management, this paper puts forward the basic concept, main features and general idea of intelligent engineering. Based on a review of the exploration, pilot construction and comprehensive practice of intelligent engineering in the hydropower construction of Dadu River, the practical results of the intelligent engineering of Dagangshan, Houziyan, Shaping-II and Shuangjiangkou hydropower stations are summarized. The technical system and management model of engineering an early-warning decision centre, intelligent dam project, intelligent underground project, intelligent electromechanical project, intelligent security control, intelligent service guarantee, intelligent environmental and water protection, and intelligent resource control in Shuangjiangkou hydropower station are introduced. It is proposed that intelligent engineering is a high integration of information technology, industrial technology and management technology. And it is pointed out that intelligent engineering will lead in the new development of water conservancy and the hydropower industry, and even the engineering-construction field, throughout the world.

According to the daily flow data collected by three representative hydrological stations in the Xiangjiang River basin which are the Guiyang station in the upstream section, the Hengshan station in the midstream section, and the Xiangtan station in the downstream section, and the water environment data collected from the Hunan Water Resources Bulletin, Mann-Kendal method was used to analyze the changes of the annual average flow of the Xiangjiang River basin in the past 20 years as well as the variation of water environment quality in the whole year, flood season and non-flood season. Based on these analysis, the evolution trend of water resources and water environment in the Xiangjiang River basin is further forecasted. The results show that the annual runoff of the upper reaches of the Xiangjiang River basin tends to be stable, and the runoff of the middle and lower reaches is decreasing. The water quality of the Xiangjiang River basin got deteriorated from 1996 to 2010. A sudden change occurred around 2012, and the water quality of the basin gradually improved.
