The traditional grinding technology of ball mill has many problems, such as high energy consumption, unable to maintain the original crystal shape, and it is difficult to obtain high quality and high purity ultrafine powder. The high-pressure water jet mineral dissociation technology is a new technology which is developed in response to these requirements. The experiment shows that the water jet technology has a strong ability of ultrafine grinding. With the increase of jet velocity, the crushing effect is more obvious. The high-pressure water jet pulverization is superior to ball milling for the separation of rare earth minerals, which has the characteristics of high dissociation degree and relatively uniform particle size. The water jet pulverization is more beneficial to the separation and recovery of rare earth minerals.

So this article studies on high-pressure water jet target material detection technology .This paper aims to study the target object detection experimental device and the follow-up process of detect sound signal.

at present, the three-dimensional cleaning machine involved in tank car cleaning technology in China has full-automatic function, which includes two main structures: three-dimensional positioning machine and high-pressure cleaning machine. However, the tank car cleaning process used in the railway field still has many shortcomings. For example, serious pollution, serious energy consumption, insecurity, etc. In order to improve such defects, it is necessary to introduce new processes and improve the previous cleaning processes. The introduction of new technology can reduce environmental pollution and save capital cost. It can adapt to the development of the times and meet people's needs. Therefore, this paper expounds and analyzes the high-pressure water jet cleaning technology in railway tank cars from the aspects of application and improvement, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for reference.

The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model has been used to investigate the two-phase flow phenomena such as high-pressure water jet. High-pressure water jet is a new technology and develops rapidly due to its advantages in recent years. In this research, the effects of different models on the macroscopic parameters of jet propagation characteristics of high pressure water jet have been investigated numerically through the CFD technique. The simulations of the water jet with three kinds of k-ε models (i.e., standard, RNG, and realizable k-ε models) have been compared under the same conditions. It may be concluded that, the results calculated by the realizable k-epsilon model agree well with the experiment data and the realizable k-epsilon model would be utilized in the latter simulation. The agreement of the predicted data and experimental data are quite reasonable, it demonstrates that the CFD technique can be successfully applied to high-pressure water jet.

The high pressure waterjet is widely applied for mine industry, mechanical manufacture, environmental engineering, and medicine field due to its particular characteristic. Recently, the application of high pressure waterjet for gas drainage in mine has been receiving increasing attention with the development of exploitative technology. The micro-damage mechanism of coal under high pressure water jet is key to drain gas effectively. Based on damage mechanics and rock dynamics, the paper analyzed the micro-structure deformation and damage of rock and the impulsive effect under high pressure water jet and developed the dynamic model. Further, on the assumption of that rock was homogeneous and isotropic, a computational model was established based on the Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) fluid-solid coupling penalty function method. The rock damage under high pressure water jet was simulated by the dynamic contact method. The results showed that the damage and breakage of ruck was mainly attributed to impacting effect and was characterized by local effect, and the evolvement of rock breakage went through three stages and the figure of rock breakage trended a funnel. On the whole, numerical results agreed with experimental results.
