The features of configuring software and hardware of modern data acquisition systems as part of a digital substation to comply with the international standard IEC 61850 are considered. Given recommendations for energy efficient software and hardware configuration for 110 kV, 6-35 kV and 0.4 kV power consumption level which allow you to increase the reliability of the system by 1.5-2 times.

The increasing of ICT utilization brought the increasing of energy consumption which causes global emission. In fact, ICT utilization produces two percent of global emission of CO2. Most studies focus on reducing global emission of CO2 through energy-efficient software and hardware utilizations. However, how to improve energy-efficient programming skills for students has not been investigated well. To address this issue, this work proposes exploring computational thinking which is a teaching learning model adopted computer works. Computational thinking is applied in Fundamental programming subject for eight meetings. Energy-efficient programming skill of students is evaluated before and after the implementation of computational thinking. In addition, the instruments to evaluate energy-efficient programming skill is adapted from previous related work. Finally, statistical analysis reveals that computational thinking improves student's skill in energy-efficient programming.

Geoinformation technologies are now becoming “end-to-end” technologies of the new digital economy. There is a need for solutions for efficient processing of spatial and spatio-temporal data that could be applied in various sectors of this new economy. Such solutions are necessary, for example, for cyberphysical systems. Essential components of cyberphysical systems are high-performance and easy-scalable data acquisition systems based on smart geosensor networks. This article discusses the problem of choosing a software environment for this kind of systems, provides a review and a comparative analysis of various open source software environments designed for large spatial data and spatial-temporal data streams processing in computer clusters. It is shown that the software framework STARK can be used to process spatial-temporal data streams in spatial-temporal data streams. An extension of the STARK class system based on the type system for spatial-temporal data streams developed by one of the authors of this article is proposed. The models and data representations obtained as a result of the proposed expansion can be used not only for processing spatial-temporal data streams in data acquisition systems based on smart geosensor networks, but also for processing spatial-temporal data streams in various purposes geoinformation systems that use processing data in computer clusters.

This paper analyzes the structure of Building Automatic System and introduces software and hardware configuration and network configuration of the system. Then the authors list two kinds of reliability analysis methods and describe their features. Based on the characteristics and the control level of station BAS, finally, we achieve reliability analysis, which has scientificity, rationality and practicability, and can be helpful for guiding the maintenance, design, and further perfect of BAS system.
