The model of e-commerce precision poverty alleviation based on the universities emphasizes the important role of the combination of university platforms and e-commerce in precision poverty alleviation. It aims to solve the problems of talent shortage and unstable sales of poverty-reducing products in the precise poverty alleviation, and to form an effective method for poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas radiated by poor students in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the e-commerce precision poverty alleviation model based on universities by analyzing the existing research results and challenges of e-commerce poverty alleviation in colleges and universities.

Triangulation method used in this study isdata triangulation. In triangulating data, researchers use several data sources to collect data with thesame problem, meaning that the data in the field is taken from several different sources of research objects. In collecting data, researchers use different techniques or methods, namely comparing the results ofinterviews with the data sources of researchers’ observations and the contents of related documents, theresults of research instrument trials show good instrument reliability. Conclusion of research results Theexistence of BMT Binaul Ummah has a role and benefits in helping improve micro small and mediumbusinesses in the vicinity, namely by collecting ZIS funds (Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh) from the communityand then distributed to those entitled to receive it in the context of poverty alleviation efforts . In addition, the existence of BMT Binaul Ummah is able to minimize the space for the role of loan sharks whose existenceis very detrimental to small businesses. And also BMT provides capital to applicants for funds that areconsidered productive so as to be able to increase micro small and medium enterprises. Keywords: Role of BMT Cooperatives, Micro Small Business

With the continuous promotion of accurate poverty alleviation policies, the state helps poor students solve educational problems through self-help forms such as student loans and grants. However, in the process of implementing poverty alleviation and education, schools attach importance to economic assistance, but ignore the educational role of educating people. In the context of national precision poverty alleviation, the author conducted in-depth research on the significance, dilemma and measures of school-based precision poverty alleviation and education.

The article aims to investigate the impact of the reflective writing paper on non- English major learners’ learning autonomy in a Vietnamese context. The data was collected by means of questionnaire, competence tests and interviews. The participants did two reflective writing papers as an intervention during the research. The research results show the possibilities for teachers to modify their teaching methods through analysis of feedback from the subjects. The findings showed that most participants appreciated the role of the reflective writing paper and they were aware of the significance of learning autonomy in their study process. This paper explores the complexities involved in transferring psychological services to off-campus providers. The ethical and legal responsibilities of colleges and universities to provide services that encourage the development of the student may not be met by health care entrepreneurs who do not take into account differences between the needs of college students and those of members the larger society.

State estimation is widely used in various automated systems, including IoT systems, unmanned systems, robots, etc. In traditional state estimation, measurement data are instantaneous and processed in real time. With modern systems’ development, sensors can obtain more and more signals and store them. Therefore, how to use these measurement big data to improve the performance of state estimation has become a hot research issue in this field. This paper reviews the development of state estimation and future development trends. First, we review the model-based state estimation methods, including the Kalman filter, such as the extended Kalman filter (EKF), unscented Kalman filter (UKF), cubature Kalman filter (CKF), etc. Particle filters and Gaussian mixture filters that can handle mixed Gaussian noise are discussed, too. These methods have high requirements for models, while it is not easy to obtain accurate system models in practice. The emergence of robust filters, the interacting multiple model (IMM), and adaptive filters are also mentioned here. Secondly, the current research status of data-driven state estimation methods is introduced based on network learning. Finally, the main research results for hybrid filters obtained in recent years are summarized and discussed, which combine model-based methods and data-driven methods. This paper is based on state estimation research results and provides a more detailed overview of model-driven, data-driven, and hybrid-driven approaches. The main algorithm of each method is provided so that beginners can have a clearer understanding. Additionally, it discusses the future development trends for researchers in state estimation.

This work has been done to recognize the various contributing disciplines in colleges and universities to achieving the global goals. One aim is to point out the many college disciplines internationally that would contribute to these goals. Only four out of the global goals seem not to be directly contributed to by sustainable engineering. A presentation of relevant publications has been made of the role of sustainable engineering in accomplishing the 17 global goals of the United Nations. The pervasiveness and long reach of the many branches of sustainable engineering are evident. The implied importance of good quality engineering schools and colleges worldwide cannot be refuted.
