The MRBR is important to ensure the aircraft’s safety and reliability. The analysis to the structural components’ reliability is to establish the basis for its MRBR. The aviation component’s reliability obey the bathtub curve distribution, Weibull distribution, exponential distribution and a linear increasing distribution. A method of reliability analysis of structural components is proposed. According to the aircraft operating data the structural components reliability distribution is fitted. The component failure weaknesses and remedial measures can be determined according to its reliability distribution. So the perfect MRBR can be obtained. As an example the structural component slide rail is studied, which showed the slide rail reliability is the Weibull distribution and consistent with the actual running situation. So the example showed that the proposed method is reasonable. And a viable method to the development of aircraft MRBR is got.

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the translation of terminology on the material of the English business discourse into Ukrainian and Chinese. The study represents the main approach to the definitions of such concepts as “business discourse” and “translation operation” in current language- and translational studies; the linguistic features of business discourse are analyzed; the translation operations applied at the lexical-semantic and structural component levels when translating English terms of business discourse into Ukrainian and Chinese are analyzed; the choice of translation operations when translating the terms of English discourse as a method of achieving an adequate translation. Key words: business discourse, translation operation, terminology, a term, the Chinese language.

Abstract A component failure has the potential to significantly impact the cost, manufacturing schedule, and/or the perceived reliability of a system, especially if the root cause of the failure is not known. A failure analysis is often key to mitigating the effects of a componentlevel failure to a customer or a system; minimizing schedule slips, minimizing related accrued costs to the customer, and allowing for the completion of the system with confidence that the reliability of the product had not been compromised. This case study will show how a detailed and systemic failure analysis was able to determine the exact cause of failure of a multiplexer in a high-reliability system, which allowed the manufacturer to confidently proceed with production knowing that the failure was not a systemic issue, but rather that it was a random “one time” event.

Population’s satisfaction with medical care has recently become an important structural component of the comprehensive assessment of the healthcare activities. The satisfaction is subjectively determined which makes it possible to assess the level of the population’s satisfaction with medical care. The sociological survey is recognised as the most informative method of study. The article provides the results of study of satisfaction with medical care of the respondents suffering from chronic diseases and followed up at the medical institutions of Saratov that has been conducted by the authors.
