<p>We perform a comprehensive statistical study of plasma wave activity observed in the electric field measurements obtained by the Langmuir probe instrument (RPC-LAP) onboard ESA's Rosetta spacecraft, which followed the comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko in its orbit around the sun for over two years in 2014-2016. We focus on waves in the range 1-30 Hz, roughly corresponding to the lower-hybrid frequency range. Here, electric field oscillations close to the local H2O+ lower hybrid frequency are common and collocated with sharp plasma density gradients, suggesting generation by the lower hybrid drift instability. We compare statistically the properties of the waves to the theoretical predictions on lower-hybrid wave generation by the lower hybrid drift instability, regarding e.g. amplitude dependence on plasma density gradients. We also examine the data for waves that can be attributed to other instabilities, such as various velocity-space anisotropies that may occur in the cometary plasma. We correlate the comet-related parameters, (relative spacecraft position, solar distance, plasma and neutral gas density, etc.) with wave-related parameters, such as amplitude/spectral density and frequency. This investigation greatly helps to clarify the importance of the plasma waves in different regions of the cometary plasma environment. </p>

Abstract. Broadband waves around the lower hybrid frequency (around 10 Hz) near the magnetopause are studied, using the four Cluster satellites. These waves are common at the Earthward edge of the boundary layer, consistent with earlier observations, and can have amplitudes at least up to 5 mV/m. These waves are similar on all four Cluster satellites, i.e. they are likely to be distributed over large areas of the boundary. The strongest electric fields occur during a few seconds, i.e. over distances of a few hundred km in the frame of the moving magnetopause, a scale length comparable to the ion gyroradius. The strongest magnetic oscillations in the same frequency range are typically found in the boundary layer, and across the magnetopause. During an event studied in detail, the magnetopause velocity is consistent with a large-scale depression wave, i.e. an inward bulge of magnetosheath plasma, moving tailward along the nominal magnetopause boundary. Preliminary investigations indicate that a rather flat front side of the large-scale wave is associated with a rather static small-scale electric field, while a more turbulent backside of the large-scale wave is associated with small-scale time varying electric field wave packets.Key words. WHO (World Health Organization) concludes that not much effect is caused by electric field up to 20 kV / m in humans. WHO standard also mentions that humans will not be affected by the magnetic field under  100 micro tesla and that the electric field will affect the human body with a maximum standard of 5,000 volts per meter. In this study did not discuss about the effect of high voltage radiation SUTT (High Voltage Air Channel) with human health. The research will focus on energy utilization of SUTT radiation. The combination of electric field and magnetic field on SUTT (70-150KV) can generate electromagnetic (EM) and radiation waves, which are expected to be converted to turn on street lights around the location of high voltage areas or into other forms. The design of this prototype works like an antenna in general that captures electromagnetic signals and converts them into AC waves. With a capacitor that can store the potential energy of AC and Schottky diode waves created specifically for low frequency waves, make the current into one direction (DC). From the research results obtained the current generated from the radiation is very small even though the voltage is big enough. Keywords : Radiance Energy, Joule Thief, and  LED Module.
