The concept of Industry 4.0 is seen as a recent paradigm in the manufacturing sector. The use of new production and management technologies required by the concept of Industry 4.0 is very important for small enterprises in order to keep up with the competition. However, most enterprises look at these requirements in a negative way. This study analyzes the propulsion forces of Industry 4.0 adopted in small and medium enterprises. By analyzing the difficulties in the transition process of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to Industry 4.0, the company contributes to the determination of strategic steps taking these results into consideration. This will facilitate the transition of enterprises to Industry 4.0 and progress can be made towards efficient use of resources. A hierarchical structure was established under the four main criteria of innovation, organization, environmental, and financial aspects, and the relative weight of these criteria and sub-criteria were calculated. The surveys conducted on business managers were evaluated using multi-criteria decision-making methods by the analytic hierarchy process method and the analytic network process. At the same time, the interaction between these criteria was taken into consideration and the criteria were re-evaluated by the analytical network process method. The results of the two methods seem to support each other.

Enterprises have started to establish partnerships both to use their internal resources efficiently and to increase their environmental performance. Partnerships and interoperability of enterprises with different processes enable them to benefit more from their benefits. Moving towards the local and regional economy, these partnerships that increase environmental and own resources have created industrial symbiosis practices. Industrial ecology fields are established in these applications. Both environmental and economic gains can be achieved through the efficient use of resources by enterprises and the minimization of wastes. For the sustainability of these partnerships to be established by enterprises, they need to analyze the measures they take internally. In this study, the concept of industrial symbiosis and the criteria that are effective for the sustainability of these industrial symbiosis are evaluated. Analytical network process method is used. Thus, the industrial symbiosis infrastructures to be established by enterprises have been enabled to move strategically.

AbstrakPermasalahan K3 di Indonesia masih kurang diperhatikan, padahal sektor konstruksi merupakan sektor yang berisiko terhadap kecelakaan kerja disamping sektor lainnya. Banyak faktor yang dapat memicu penyebab terjadinya risiko kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena itu penting untuk diketahui potensi penyebab terjadinya risiko kecelakaan kerja sehingga tujuan penelitian ini melakukan penilaian penyebab risiko kecelakaan kerja pada proyek kontruksi. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian tersebut dengan metode ANP  menggunakan sofware Matlab. Penyebab terjadinya risiko K3 pada bidang kontruksi didominasi oleh kriteria struktur  44% dibandingkan dengan kriteria persiapan 17%, kriteria sub struktur 21% dan kriteria finishing 19%. Penyebab risiko kecelakaan kerja yang paling besar disebabkan oleh faktor manusia 77%, faktor ini disebabkan karena perilaku tidak aman meliputi kurang pengetahuan K3, pekerja kurang disiplin, pekerja tidak menggunakan APD, komitmen K3 kurang, tidak mengikuti pelatihan K3, kesalahan transformasi informasi, Metode kontruksi tidak benar, Pondasi scaffolding tidak padat pada tempat yang datar. Sedangkan penyebab kecelakaan kerja lainnya seperti  scaffolding ambruk, kabel terkena air konsleting, kabel terkelupas, tersentuh aliran listrik, lokasi becek, lumpur, amblas. Upaya dalam pengendalian risiko kecelakaan kerja yaitu perbaikan manajemen K3 dan pelatihan K3 dalam meningkatkan komitmen K3 dengan adanya pengendalian risiko diharapkan dapat meminimalkan risiko (zero accident) pada pekerjaan kontruksi.  Abstract[Multi Criteria On the Assessment of Accidents Causes in Occupational Risk in Construction Project By Analytical Network Process Method] Even though the construction sector is a sector with high risk of occupational accidents beside other sectors, the  problem of occupational health and safety (OHS) in contruction sector is still gaining less attention in Indonesia. Many factors can trigger the cause of occupational accidents risk. Therefore, it is important to understand the potential causes of occupational accidents risk. This research is intended to assess the risk of occupational accidents on construction projects. We use analytical network process (ANP) method running on Matlab software to perform the assessment. It is found that the cause of risk in OHS for construction sector is dominated by structure criterion (44%), followed by preparation criterion (17%), sub-structure criterion (21%) and finishing criterion (19%). The biggest cause of occupational accidents is human factor by 77%, this factor is caused by unsafety behavior which include lack of knowledge in OHS, indisciplined workers, ignoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), lack of commitment in practicing OHS, no OHS training, missinformation, incorrect construction method, and scaffolding foundation is not solid on a flat area. While the cause of other occupational accidents includes collapsing scaffolding, wires exposed to water, peeled cable, unintentional touch of electrical current, muddy site, mud, and avalanche. Some efforts in controlling the risk of  occupational accidents includes improving OHS management and OHS training to improve OHS commitment. It is expected that by controlling the risk, accidents in contruction work can be minimized (zero accident).Keywords: Assessment; Risk Causes; Work Accidents.

Purpose This study aims to formulate a strategy for optimizing zakat governance in zakat institutions in East Java Province by identifying priority problems, creating solutions and developing strategies. Design/methodology/approach This qualitative research uses the analytical network process method. Ten respondents representing practitioners, academics, associations and regulators were selected for their expertise in zakat governance. The data were processed using Super Decision software program and Excel. Findings Priority issues in optimizing zakat governance found in this study are lack of information on Mustahik’s needs and development to Muzakki and the low motivation and ability of Mustahik to develop. Improving the quality and capacity of Amil’s, especially in the technological aspect, is a priority solution. The priority strategy considers intensification (by developing Amil’s ability to use technology) and extensification (by increasing Amil’s numbers who master technology). Practical implications The results highlight the urgency of increasing Amil’s capacity and capability in technology-based zakat management. Zakat institutions need to prepare for management’s transformation toward zakat technology as one of the priorities in optimizing zakat governance. Originality/value Problems, solutions and strategies for optimizing zakat governance are collected by connecting it to the Zakat Core Principles, namely, the ninth principle of collection management and the tenth principle of distribution management. Further, for identifying problems, solutions and strategies, four aspects must be considered of Amil, Muzakki, Mustahiq and other supporting elements to present better policies to optimize zakat governance.
