In this article the dynamics of the rating of command performances of strongest swimmers-students according to the results of receiving prize-winning among men and women, participants-winners of the final Universiade in Naples-2019. Swimmers-winners, who won gold medals for men (900 points) and women (881) in “points” equivalent almost indistinguishable (19 points). We determine the ranking of team performance of different countries in the representatives of different sex in the distances of sports swimming according to the results of winning the medals at the start of XXX World Universiade in Naples-2019. The authors' collective was studied: a) revealing the ranking in the performance of team performance of male and female swimmers at the start of the World Universiade-2019; b) introduction of the results of the study into the practice of physical education and sports in order to identify an objective rating of the success of the team performance of swimmers-students. In addition, professional interest is in studying the evaluation of swimmers' results, having won awards with gold, silver and bronze medals. The results of our study identified the unconditional leaders (top ten) of student swimming at the XXX World Universiade in Naples2019: USA-40 medals (17 men + 23 women), Japan-20 (9 men + 11 women), Russia-18 (15 men + 3 women), Italy-11 (5 men + 6 women), South Africa-6 (2 men + 4 women), United Kingdom-6 (2 men + 4 women), Australia-5 (2 men + 3 women), Brazil4 (3 men + 1 woman), Germany-3 (3 women), Sweden- 1 (men) medal. This trend is also seen among the award-winning silver medals (886 respectively, and 863 points, the difference-23 points) and received bronze medals (respectively 874 and 852 points, the difference-22 points). Thus, in the general summary table of the rating of teams-participants in Naples-2019, it should be included, not only the existing state of qualitative indexes of medals (gold, silver, bronze), but first of all quantitative indicators. Since the generalized gender differences (887 + 865 = 1752 – Average 876 points), allows to assess the advantages of achievement in points.

The development of learning communities has become an acknowledged goal of educators at all levels. As education continues to move into online environments, virtual learning communities develop for several reasons, including social networking, small group task completions, and authentic discussions for topics of mutual professional interest. The sense of presence and copresence with others is also found to be significant in developing Internet-based learning communities. This chapter illustrates the experiences with current learning communities that form in a 3D immersive world designed for education. Faculty at Appalachian State University (ASU) have developed and taught the graduate instructional technology program in an award-winning 3D world setting for several years. Additional ASU faculty and program areas are currently transitioning into this environment. Further, colleagues from major universities in other countries are using this environment for their students to work and to collaborate across time and distance. Telecommunications technologies in education (exposing the graduate students to the breadth of IT experiences and knowledge required), hypermedia, and advanced Web design are examples of ITrelated courses offered in the graduate program. The results of these experiences highlight the efficacy of this tool toward the formation of authentic communities within 3D Internet-based worlds as online distance education environments continue to evolve.

Feline social behaviour is frequently misunderstood by owners, which can lead to people not meeting the species-specific needs of their cats (Felis sylvestris catus). Despite the fact that cats are adaptable and can at times form social bonds with other cats, it should not be forgotten that cats are not obligate social animals and as a result, regularly suffer from chronic stress associated with close, often forced, proximity to other cats. Cats are predators, but are also, being relatively small, preyed upon and thus are adept at hiding signs of stress. Therefore, subtle signs of conflict with other cats, both within the same household and in the local neighbourhood, are easily and frequently missed by the cat's owner. Veterinary practices are ideally placed to provide education on cats' needs, improve cat welfare and, where necessary, to refer to a Clinical Animal Behaviourist registered with the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC).

This chapter relates to the emerging field of evolutionary psychology. Building on past research understanding of the mechanisms underlying animal behavior is presented. Current researches in this field offer many insights into the development of social behaviours displayed among humans. The contribution of animal behaviour research to unravel the evolution of individual and social behaviours including foraging strategies, reproductive systems, social behaviour, dominance hierarchies, social communication, parental investment patterns, evolution of eusociality, among others, are highlighted. Finally, the applications of animal behaviour studies in the area of wildlife such as conservation, management of national parks, and zoo management are indicated. It may be noted that the developments in the area of animal behavior are impressive and are perhaps as good as noted in allied disciplines of anthropology and zoology. However, animal behaviour research is currently an underdeveloped field of psychology. India could perhaps rejuvenate its close association with animal world and nature, a main part of its mythology and real life, by developing this area.
