This study is entitled: "Implementation of the School Accreditation Policy in the Public High School (SMU) I Toho, Toho District, Mempawah Regency". Using qualitative analysis, the results of this study indicate that the  mplementation of the school accreditation system policy implemented by the West Kalimantan Province School Accreditation Board (BAS) towards the Toho I State High School since 2005 has been going well, and has had a positive impact on the average increase passing grade results of the Final School Examination (UAS) obtained by students majoring in Social Sciences and Natural Sciences at Toho I State High School in 2017 to 2018 when compared with the average value of UAS results obtained by Toho I State High School students in 2014, despite the increase in grades the average UAS results obtained by the students were still unsatisfactory for students' parents and the school. The results also showed that the performance of the school principal as the bureaucratic apparatus of the Toho State High School I in providing administrative services to the school community was seen from the aspect of responsiveness which could be said to be good, because school residents felt there was a communication channel provided by the Toho District Education Office to convey their aspirations. In addition, the ability of the bureaucratic apparatus at the Toho District Education Office to recognize what the school community wants through direct interaction with them, causes the demands and desires of the school community to be poured by the Toho subdistrict Education Office in the form of a work program which then get a positive response from the principal of Toho I State High School to implement it.

Literacy movement is a very important activity in the world of education. This is a serious concern in education in Indonesia because based on the research conducted by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in 2006-2007 shows that Indonesia was in the second ranks lowest in the aspect of reading competency quality. These concerns trigger issues that need to be addressed, among others: (1) How to foster the participation of school residents in the school literacy movement ?, (2) How does the implementation of Batu Akik Model Klawing in growing literacy habits in students? The solution in order to grow the school community in the literacy movement is determined by the school community, namely committees, principals, teachers, administrative staff, parents / guardians of students, and students according to their respective capacities. The implementation is paying attention to reading habits, reading habits of high school students, the relevance of reading and writing habits, and aspects of reading habits. Batu Akik Model Klawing is an acronym for words (Read and Write, Active, Creative, Innovative, and Cooperative). Klawing is an acronym for words (Group, Exercise, Observe, Time, Instructions, Values, and Games). The role of the school community is very much needed in developing the school literacy movement and these activities especially reading and writing can be developed through the strategy of applying Batu Akik Model Klawing.

The modern era is characterized by the explosion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and their multiple applications both in the school community and in the extracurricular activities. ICT enables the school community to be engaged in new educational storytelling approaches with educational and learning content, using multimedia applications. This article describes a study that took place at the headquarters of the Hellenic Center for Marine Research and involved a convenience sampling of 153 high school students (ages 13 to 15 years old). The study is aimed to investigate the use of digital storytelling in developing environmental and sustainability awareness and enhancing the scientific literacy of high school students when it is used as an instructional tool in informal learning, for marine litter, a serious environmental and sub-regional issue of our days. A didactic intervention was applied focusing on digital storytelling and experiential hands-on activities covering concepts of marine pollution, to establish the acquisition of new knowledge and the strengthening of optimal behavior towards the environment and sustainable development of attitudes towards the global problem of plastic marine pollution. The results of the study confirm the importance of digital storytelling for the cultivation of students' Scientific and Environmental Literacy for oceans.

Students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are discriminated against and stigmatized by the school community. The objective of this study is to analyze the school inclusion process of students with ASD by reducing discrimination and stigmatization through contact-based education sessions. This can be achieved through school projects. In the present study, discrimination and stigmatization toward children with ASD were analyzed in high school students (N = 141) through Haghighat’s standardized stigmatization questionnaire (SSQ1). In the active group, a student diagnosed with ASD also participated in the awareness activities of the problems faced by the students with ASD and the contact-based education (CBE) sessions carried out in the classroom. The results showed significant differences in reducing discrimination and stigmatization in high school students, both in the control group and especially in the active group. It was observed that the development of CBE (inclusion of the student with ASD in activities) led to the creation of a supportive school community, demonstrating that the activities carried out within the SucCESS Project achieved their purpose. The SSQ1 can be applied to high school students, and together with CBE activities, it can be used in school inclusion projects for children with ASD or mental disabilities.

Summary: This article describes a triarchic analysis of an aptitude-treatment interaction in a college-level introductory-psychology course given to selected high-school students. Of the 326 total participants, 199 were selected to be high in analytical, creative, or practical abilities, or in all three abilities, or in none of the three abilities. The selected students were placed in a course that either well matched or did not match their pattern of analytical, creative, and practical abilities. All students were assessed for memory, analytical, creative, and practical achievement. The data showed an aptitude-treatment interaction between students' varied ability patterns and the match or mismatch of these abilities to the different instructional groups.

This study examined how social opportunity structure influences identity exploration and commitment of Albanian high school students. A total of 258 students completed a questionnaire that gauged their identity exploration and commitment in three domains: education, occupation, and family. ANOVA results indicated that, overall, students scored highest in exploration in the domain of education and in commitment in the domain of family. Students' exploration and commitment were linked to gender. Albanian female students scored higher than male students in exploration and commitment regarding education and family. Perceived work opportunities in Albania or abroad also significantly moderated participants' exploration in the domain of education and were associated with commitment in education and occupation. As one of the first studies to explore Albanian youth's identity development in relation to social opportunity structure, findings are discussed in light of furthering the field of Albanian adolescent and youth development.
