Abstract With the rapid development and improvement of information technology, information system construction has new requirements and goals. Cloud computing technology is an inevitable choice in the construction of information system. By taking cloud computing technology as the basic structure framework, the phenomenon of data information island can be broken. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of cloud computing in the construction of information system. Taking the management mode of university campus as an example, based on the research of cloud computing technology, virtual machine technology and Internet of things technology, this paper discusses the data resource management algorithm of smart campus. Aiming at the scheduling model, strategy and research objectives of cloud computing resources in data center, this paper proposes a method of initial allocation and adaptive dynamic scheduling of virtual machine resources. According to the multi-dimensional vector characteristics of virtual machine, this paper proposes a resource allocation algorithm based on multi-objective evolution, and gives four important strategies. The experimental results show that the four advantages and strategies can effectively reduce the number of virtual machine migration and reduce the adverse impact on the overall performance of cloud computing core network.

A lot of research has been done in the field of cloud computing in computing domain.  For its effective performance, variety of algorithms has been proposed. The role of virtualization is significant and its performance is dependent on VM Migration and allocation. More of the energy is absorbed in cloud; therefore, the utilization of numerous algorithms is required for saving energy and efficiency enhancement in the proposed work. In the proposed work, green algorithm has been considered with meta heuristic algorithms, ABC (Artificial Bee colony .Every server has to perform different or same functions. A cloud computing infrastructure can be modelled as Primary Machineas a set of physical Servers/host PM1, PM2, PM3… PMn. The resources of cloud infrastructure can be used by the virtualization technology, which allows one to create several VMs on a physical server or host and therefore, lessens the hardware amount and enhances the resource utilization. The computing resource/node in cloud is used through the virtual machine. To address this problem, data centre resources have to be managed in resource -effective manner for driving Green Cloud computing that has been proposed in this work using Virtual machine concept with ABC and Neural Network optimization algorithm. The simulations have been carried out in CLOUDSIM environment and the parameters like SLA violations, Energy consumption and VM migrations along with their comparison with existing techniques will be performed.

With the rapid development of network technology, large enterprises have established their own online learning and examination system respectively. However, as those network examination systems are dispersive, closed and disconnected, so various resources are unable to be utilized in a balanced way, which may cause substantial waste of enterprise resources. To solve such a problem, the emerging cloud computing technology with the characteristics of service on demand and dynamic expansion capability, provides a possibility of a shared network examination system with lower cost, named as cloud exam support service. A feasible solution for the application of the cloud computing technology in the network examination, which combines the theoretical analysis, system design and technical implementation, is put forward in this paper. The design, development, and pilot application of the cloud examination system described in this paper show that this study is highly practical, operable, and worthy of application and popularization.
