In order to evaluate the application effect of spinescence as an alternative to metal segregating gratings of expressway, the evaluation system is built. By using the methods of AHP and FCE the comprehensive isolation effect evaluation of Solanum deflexicarpum is carried out. The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation method can guide and enhance the effect of future spinescence application on segregating gratings engineering of expressway.

In the paper, we establish an evaluation system in the study of four aspects such as people, regulation, equipment and technology management, field management and engineering construction. We present an entropy weight multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in power plant security on the basis of reliability identification. Firstly, it identifies the reliability of power plant security evaluation system. Secondly, it can meet the condition that the system is reliable. Then it obtains the indicator weight of all levels in the evaluation system by the entropy weight method. Finally, it carries out a comprehensive evaluation in power plant security by the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.

In this paper, the analytic hierarchy theory and fuzzy mathematics method from ergonomics perspective were used to research reliability of the electrical safety evaluation system from coal mining enterprises. In view of ambiguity and randomness of the evaluation system, the multi-level electrical hazard evaluation system was established and the objective weights were calculated on expert consultation method. Finally, the evaluation procedure and evaluation model from a large coal mining enterprises was given. The experimental results show that the evaluation system has a certain engineering value.

This method can also be extended to more the enterprise the competitive ability for transverse comparison.

Abstract Port shoreline resources are the basis of port and shipping development, and its assessment method has become one of the hot issues in port research. On the basis of constructing a reasonable index evaluation system, this paper constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix based on the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and obtains the maximum membership degree of the port shoreline resources. Compared with the traditional port shoreline Resource evaluation methods, the new one got more advantages in objective and quantitative. Finally, Combined with the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River as a case for verification, the results show that the model can accurately solve the problem of resource evaluation of port shoreline.

This paper applies AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method to establish evaluation system of CBM well type in Junggar Basin. Conclusions are drawn as follows: weight of each factor which determines well type optimization is very different, coal seam depth is 0.402, coal seam thickness is 0.295, coal permeability is 0.163, coal seam dip is 0.14. Sikeshu area and center of the basin is not suitable for CBM ground drilling. Changji to Fukang area and Muleihasakexian to Wucaiwan area and East Wuerhe area are favorable for vertical well drilling. Jimusaer area is favorable for horizontal well drilling. Other areas in Junggar Basin need vertical and horizontal well joint drilling.

To explore the method of creating a theoretical model of urban low-carbon economy evaluation, and analyze the development status and level of low carbon economy in cities in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River; Method To introduce the basic theory of low-carbon economy, the principle and the technical route for creating the evaluation system of urban low-carbon economy, develop 3 layers of 5 categories of 18 evaluation indicators, conduct weighted calculation using Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) , fuzzy evaluation method and fuzzy AHP method, investigate into 7 cities, such as Shanghai, Nanjing in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River, and evaluate the urban low-carbon economic status using the created models; Results The evaluation result shows that at present China has many cities at “medium to high carbon economy” or “high carbon economy” types. The development level of low-carbon economy lagged behind many western countries; Conclusion It is a most efficient pathway to improve the present low-carbon economic level by vigorously developing the low-carbon technology, developing the low-carbon environmental education and promoting the low-carbon concept.
