This paper addresses a collaborative multi-carrier vehicle routing problem (CMCVRP) where carriers tackle their orders collaboratively to reduce transportation costs. First, a hierarchical heuristics algorithm is proposed to solve the transportation planning problem. This algorithm makes order assignments based on two distance rules and solves the vehicle routing problem with a hybrid genetic algorithm. Second, the profit arising from the coalition is quantified, and an improved Shapley value method is proposed to distribute the profit fairly to individual players. Extensive experiment results showed the effectiveness of the proposed hierarchical heuristics algorithm and confirmed the stability and fairness of the improved Shapley value method.

The increase of transactions by electronic commerce (e-commerce) in Business to Business applications has a constant trend during last years. Many research reports have focused on negotiation and auction mechanisms in this context, but a smaller number of related research attempts, has chosen to develop coalition approaches This research attempt tries to overcome this gap by an innovative coalition model for a private neutral linear e-marketplace that combines a full integration between customer’s request and supplier’s planning activity. The Shapley value approach is proposed to manage the profit sharing activity among the coalition participants. The Shapley value is an approach of game theory used to share a gain in coalition games. A proper simulation environment has been designed and modeled in order to measure the “stay-together economy” achievable within the proposed innovative e-marketplace. The simulation results highlight how the proposed approach increases the performance level of the e-marketplace: specifically the suppliers gain more benefits than the customers through the possibility of establishing coalitions.

The article is consider three different mechanisms of project’s profit sharing, assuming that the projects have common resource pool and both resources and profit may be distributed at arbitrary way without losses. The resources and profit distribution mechanisms are based on cooperative game theory thesis. As three different alternatives, such cooperative game solutions, as Shapley value, nucleolus ant τ-value are proposed. The calculation routine is delivered by easy typical example.

In this paper, we study cooperative games with coalition structures. We show that a solution concept that applies the Shapley value to games among and within coalitions and in which the pure surplus that the coalition obtains is allocated among the intra-coalition members in an egalitarian way, is axiomatized by modified axioms on null players and symmetric players and the usual three axioms: efficiency, additivity and coalitional symmetry. In addition to the original definition, we give two expressions of this solution concept. One is an average of modified marginal contributions and the other is the weighted Shapley value of a game with restricted communication.

Tax is one of the state and regional revenue that must be optimized to support the project in the framework of tourism. Motor Vehicle Tax is one type of Provincial Tax which will result from its receipt will also be submitted to Regency/City with profit sharing system. The results of the Motor Vehicle Tax Receipts shall be allocated at least 10% (percent percent) for the improvement of road infrastructure and improvements to public transportation modes. This study aims to determine and analyze Income from Motor Vehicle Tax at North Sulawesi Revenue Service Office. This research uses descriptive research method. The result of research shows that realization of profit sharing of motor vehicle tax in North Sulawesi province has been in accordance with Government Regulation and Distribution of Motorized Tax Realization in 2017 has exceeded predetermined target of provincial tax sector is high. Keywords: Taxes, Motor Vehicle Taxes, Profit Sharing
