This research aims to analyze raw material inventory at UD. Mie Steven. This research was conducted for four months from January to April 2017. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with the company, while secondary data obtained from data that has been compiled in the form of documents from the company, data from BPS, previous research or from the internet. The data is processed using EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. The result of the research is known that the policy of raw material inventory control is done by UD. Mie Steven is not efficient yet. This is shown by the company's inventory cost is bigger than the result of analysis using EOQ method is 6,693 Kg with total cost of economical inventory Rp.11.325.500.

The research discusses how To Compare Inventory Control Analysis With Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method and Just In Time (JIT) Method To Minimize Inventory Costs At UD. Melati Jaya. This study discusses a comparative analysis of the Economic Order Quantity method and the Just In Time method to minimize inventory costs at UD. Jasmine jaya. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method with comparative research that compares the Econimic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with the Just In Time (JIT) method to the cost efficiency at UD. Melati Jaya. The analysis results from the comparative calculation of inventory control show that the Just In Time Inventory Control method is more appropriate to be applied to Ud. Melati Jaya because the total cost of the inventory is smaller than the total cost of the inventory when using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method.

Inventory control is a very important issue. It is because the amount of inventory will determine or affect the smoothness of the production process as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. PT Semen Padang is a manufacturing company that produces 10,400,000 tons of cement per year. The achievement of the cement production target at this company depends on the availability of raw materials needed in the cement production process itself. Gypsum is an additional material of the cement production process which is very important because it is a raw material that must exist in the process of making cement. So, if the inventory of gypsum cannot meet the needs of production, then the production process of cement making will be disrupted. PT Semen Padang is using the Min-Max method for inventory control. But the costs are quite high. The cost of inventory can be minimized by using another method such as EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). The conclusions of this research are in 2016 by using EOQ method, the optimal order quantity is 32,073 ton per order, and the frequency is 9 times in a year with total cost Rp. 4,757,673,813.48, and in 2017, the optimal order quantity is 34,856 tons per order and the frequency is 9 times in a year with total cost Rp. 9,694,805,608.36.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of production cost collection at the SKM Tofu Factory in Banjarbaru and to apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This study is a research study by collecting data with documentation techniques and data used is secondary data in the form of material inventory raw soybeans and other costs. Continuing with these data so that the production process can run smoothly by fulfilling the raw material inventory needs, namely by applying raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results showed that the SKM Tofu Factory could save the purchase of raw materials for soybeans by Rp 129,132,512.5, - Analysis of raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method. the results of the application of the method obtained EOQ value with a total quantity of 2,908 Kg per month for January each time ordering and the frequency of ordering 5 times a month. Raw material inventory (SS) is 11,124.38 Kg per month, the maximum inventory (MI) is 10,293.72 Kg and the Total Supply Cost is Rp. 1,325,854,300. Savings on inventory control using the EOQ method is Rp 129,132,512.5 when using this method Keywords: Inventory , Tofu Factory, EOQ Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui analisis pengumpulan biaya produksi pada Pabrik Tahu SKM di   Banjarbaru dan menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi dengan mengumpulkan data dengan teknik dokumentasi dan data yang digunakan adalah data  sekunder berupa  pembelian persediaan bahan baku kacang kedelai dan  biaya lainnya. Selanjutkan dengan data tersebut agar proses produksi dapat berjalan lancar dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan persediaan bahan baku yaitu dengan menerapkan  pengendalian persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pabrik Tahu SKM dapat menghemat pembelian bahan baku kacang kedelai sebesar   Rp 129.132.512,5,-  Analisis pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dengan menggunakan  Metode Economic Order Quantity ( EOQ). hasil dari penerapan metode tersebut didapat nilai EOQ dengan jumlah kuantitas sebanyak 2.908 Kg perbulan untuk bulan Januari setiap kali melakukan pemesan dan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 5 kali dalam  sebulan. Pengaman persediaan ( SS)  bahan baku  sebanyak 11.124.38 Kg rata rata perbulan, persediaan maksimum (MI) adalah sebanyak 10.293,72 Kg dan Total Biaya Persaediaan sebesar Rp 1.325.854.300. Penghematan  atas pengendalian persediaan dengan metode EOQ adalah sebesar  Rp 129,132,512.5 apabila menggunakan metode  tersebut. Kata kunci : Persediaan, Perusahaan Tahu, EOQ

ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU BUNGA KRANS PADA USAHA BUNGA PLASTIK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY DAN METODE ECONOMIC PRODUCTION QUANTITYABSTRAK Bunga Krans merupakan suatu karangan bunga berbentuk lonjong dan sebagainya untuk ucapan duka cita. Dalam usaha ini tidak sedikit permasalahan tentang meminimumkan biaya dengan mengendalikan prersediaan bahan baku. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan ekonomis menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan produksi optimal menggunakan metode Economic Produciton Quantity (EPQ) serta menentukan total persediaan minimum menurut EOQ dan EPQ. Dimana penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2017 hingga April 2017 di perusahaan Kembang Lineke, Girian, Bitung. Dengan variabel yang digunakan yaitu volume kebutuhan bahan baku, volume penyaluran bahan baku, biaya pemesanan bahan baku dan biaya penyimpanan bahan baku. Dari hasil dapat diketahui bahwa pemesanan  ekonomis menurut metode EOQ untuk masing-masing jenis bunga K5, K6 dan K10 yaitu 205,88 lusin, 220,09 lusin dan 266,96 lusin dengan biaya optimal semua jenis bunga sebesar Rp. 125.476.400 sedangkan produksi optimal menurut metode EPQ untuk jenis bunga K5, K6 dan K10 masing-masing sebesar 206,16 lusin, 220,4 lusin dan 267,32 lusin dengan biaya optimal untuk semua jenis bunga sebesar Rp. 125.336.630. Kata Kunci:  Bunga Krans,   Economic Order Quantity (EOQ),  Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) RAW MATERIAL INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYSIS OF FUNERAL WREATH ON PLASTIC FLOWER BUSINESS USING ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY METHOD AND ECONOMIC PRODUCTION QUANTITY METHODABSTRACT           Funeral wreath is an oval-shaped bouquet or so on used for show greeting or grieving. In this business there are not only a few problems about minimizing costs by controlling raw material inventory. The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of economic order using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and optimum production using Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) method, also to determine the total minimum inventory according to those methods. Where this research was conducted in February 2017 until April 2017 at company Flower Lineke, Girian, Bitung. With variables used are the volume of raw material demand, the volume of raw material distribution, ordering cost and holding cost. Pizzahut Setiabudi Semarang is a middle class restaurant in Indonesia that serves pizza, pasta and also various kinds of food. The process of recording stock inventories at Pizzahut Setiabudi currently still uses manual recording on books, both incoming and outgoing materials. In addition, the procurement process for raw material stock only uses estimates, this can lead to excess stock in the warehouse or actually experience a stock shortage which can later hamper the operational process of the business. In this research, we build a raw material inventory control system to help restaurants manage material stock data using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. EOQ is a method used to optimize the purchase of raw materials that can reduce inventory costs so that the efficiency of material inventory in the company can run well.

UD Surabaya Rattan Industry as the middle scale of company is produced rattan chairs. This company is based on the job order to plan and develop the future company to its business strategy become mass production. In process production, the company always faces problems in the row material supply. If the row material supply is saved in long time period and there is bulking in storage it can make the rattans will be under level quality. The purpose of this research is giving information about the choosing methods of planning, controlling the row material supply with differ between Just in Time (JIT) method with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to minimize inventory value. The result of from chosen method for the planning of inventory control of raw material. Total Inventory Cost (TIC) which in it there are three element of it expense of that is expense of purchasing, expense of ordering, and also stock holding cost got TIC for the Method of Just in Time (JIT) period 13 to Rp233.129.629,71. While for the Method of Economic Order of Quantity (EOQ) at period 13 to Rp234,171,969.21. Calculation of Total Inventory Cost (TIC) as a whole ( period of time 1 year) by applying Method of Just In Time ( JIT) it can be seen Totalize Inventory Cost (TIC) Rp5,012,483,943.59 while by applying Economic Order of Quantity (EOQ) from Total of Inventory Cost (TIC) Rp518,088,399.86. Becoming method planning of inventory control the selected method of Just In Time (JIT) with thrift equal to Rp5,604,456.27.

           Zaskya Bakery Home Industry is one of the small industries that produce various types of sweet bread in Central Bengkulu Regency. Optimal raw material inventory control is essential for companies to make the production process good. The economic order quantity (EOQ) method is the basic method of inventory control by finding the minimum point between ordering costs and storage costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the inventory control of some raw materials in the Zaskya Bakery Home Industry by using EOQ. Survey and observation with a quantitative descriptive approach are The methods used in this research. Data analysis uses the calculation formula of EOQ, total inventory cost, safety stock, and reorder point. The results showed that the application of the EOQ method in controlling raw material inventory was an emphasis on inventory costs on the Zaskya Bakery Home Industry. The Efficiency of the quantity of raw material ordering each time order, the time of re-ordering of raw materials, as well as the quantity of safety inventory can be known.
