This study aims to determine the income of horticultural traders in Tanawangko Market, Borgo Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted for two months, namely in October and November 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis which is presented in tabular form. The results of research, total revenue of Rp. 2,909,750 while the total cost of Rp. 2,097,450 consisting of business capital and market retribution costs. The profit of Tanawangko market traders during the Covid 19 pandemic was an average of IDR 812,300 / week.

The purpose of this study was to determine the cost of controlling pests and diseases in horticultural crops (potatoes, onions, cabbage) in Palelon Village, Modoinding District. This research was started from December 2019 to February 2020. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The method of selecting respondents was done purposively. Methods of data collection were conducted interviews guided by questionnaires that had been prepared beforehand. The method of data analysis in this study was analyzed descriptively which is presented to describe or describe the collected data using tables. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the highest control costs incurred by farmers are maintenance costs, then weeding / land processing, and control and seeding.

This study aims to determine the time allocation of women in the copra-making process in Pandu Village, Bunaken Sub-district, Manado City. The research was conducted from November 2020 to January 2021. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to 20 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from the Pandu Village Office. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the average time spent by women in Pandu Village, Bunaken District, Manado City in one copra-making process was 51.85 hours. Meanwhile, the work time for men was 71.20 hours. In other words, the time spent working for women in making copra was 42.14% of the total time spent working for men and women. The largest proportion of women's involvement is in the chopping sub-process which reaches 47.66%.

This study aims to determine determine the amount of corn farming income and whether corn farming is feasible to be cultivated by corn farmers in Poopo Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with 30 (thirty) respondents of scallion farmers. The method used in this research uses descriptive quantitative and is presented in tabular form. The data analyzed included: income analysis and contribution analysis. The results showed that The average income of corn farmers in Poopo Village, East Passi Subdistrict, is Rp 2.786,363,89 / farmer and Rp 2.604,078,40 / ha, with an      R / C value generated per farmer of 1.06. The value of R / C ratio produced is more than one, indicating that maize farming in Poopo Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency is profitable and feasible to operate.

The objective of this research is to measure the level of customer satisfaction of restaurant Lumbung Kawanua Manado viewed from the aspect of product, price, place, promotion and service. This research was conducted from September to October 2020, using primary and secondary data with sampling technique of accidental sampling method and respondents were 40 people. The method of analysis used is descriptive data analysis depicting Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Lumbung Kawanua Manado. To measure the Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Lumbung Kawanua Manado, use the Likert Scale. The result of the research showed that the perception index of customer satisfaction to Restaurant Lumbung Kawanua Manado was 85.6% and classified as very satisfied (SP). This research is conducted  in order to analyze the contribution of the agricultural sector toward the economy of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency in the period of 8 years, 2010 to 2017, and also in order to identify the agricultural sector and sub-sector is the base sector in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted for three months started from December 2019 to January 2020 at the Central Statistics Agency of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency and the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province. The data used are secondary data. Where secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency and the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province. The data analysis used is the contribution formula, Location Quotient analysis and Dynamic Location Quotient method. The results of this study indicates that the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors are the largest contributors or major contributors to the economy of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency from 2010 to 2017. Based on the result analysisof the Location Quotient it can be seen that the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors are the basic sectors in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. It means, this sector is able to fulfill the necessity for their own  region and it  is  also possible to do  exporting  to  outside  of  region. Furthermore, the sub-sector which is the base sector in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency is the forestry sub-sector. The crop subsector and the annual horticultural  subsector contained in the agriculture, livestock and agricultural services sub-sector are also the base sectors in North Bolaang Mongondow  Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of ornamental plant farming women in poor families in Tolombukan Village, Pasan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months, from December to February 2020. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with 20 women who are farming ornamental plants. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolombukan Village Office. The data analysis used is descriptive, contribution formula and the data is presented in tabular form. The role of women as main breadwinners if it has greater than 50 percent. The results showed that the role of women as wives who cultivated ornamental plants in Tolombukan Village was as additional breadwinners and not the main breadwinners for their families.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the programs carried out by the Yayasan Pembangunann Berkelanjutan Sulawesi Utara (YPBSU) after the closure of the gold mine of PT. Newmont Minahasa Raya (PT. NMR). This research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020 in Ratatotok Sub-District, Southeast Minahasa district by tracing information from the Ratatotok Sub-District community who had received assistance from Yayasan Program Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Sulawesi Utara (YPBSU). The selection of respondents was 13 people using snow balling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results showed that only two out of seven economic assistance distributed to the community was effective and five of which were ineffective (unable to continue). This is due to the lack of close supervision from the Yayasan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Sulawesi Utara (YPBSU) for the assistance that has been distributed to the community

This study aims to analyze the biophysical potential of the Kali Tahapan Telu Waterfall area. The research was conducted in August 2020 at Kali Tahapan Telu Waterfall, Kali Village, Pineleng District, North Sulawesi. This study uses a survey method for primary data collection, namely by conducting interviews with parties related to the management of this natural tourism area, as well as direct observation in the tourist area of Kali Tahapan Telu Waterfall and the surrounding environment on aspects of tourist attraction, accessibility, accommodation, and facilities. and tourism support infrastructure. Secondary data were obtained from existing references and agencies. Data analysis used in this study was the scoring technique. The results showed that this natural tourism area has biophysical potential which is the ability, strength of the biotic and physical environment that the area has which allows it to be developed into. The attraction for visitors to come and enjoy this tourist area is as follows. The tourist area of Kali Tahapan Telu Waterfall has 2 (two) types of fauna that are endemic to North Sulawesi and 4 (four) types of flora that characterize the North Sulawesi area. In addition, there are several good views towards the outside of the tourist attraction and an attractive good view between parts of the tourist attraction. Based on the results of the biophysical potential analysis using the scoring technique, it was found that the results of the biophysical potential of Kali Tahapan Telu Waterfall were in the medium category. The development of biophysical potential can be done by planting several types of endemic plants in and around tourist areas to increase attractiveness by increasing the diversity of natural resources that can be enjoyed, especially endemic species that have characteristics in tourist areas while carrying out conservation efforts, as well as being a vehicle for education about sources. local power. In addition, the development of biophysical potential can also be done by adding infrastructure in the form of viewing posts or gazebo with local architectural, as well as attractive landscape designs to add beauty and support the potential view. Regarding the increase in the use value of agricultural land indirectly, the existence of community agricultural land around the area planted with plants that have regional characteristics of North Sulawesi, namely cloves, coconut, palm and nutmeg are utilized and supported by landscape designs in natural tourism areas that frame and strengthen the scenery so that it adds to tourist attraction. In addition, the increase in the use value of agricultural land is directly and simultaneously in line with community empowerment, namely the processing of parts of community agricultural land products that are not traded to be developed into souvenirs which have not been provided until now. Community empowerment is also carried out by involving the surrounding community in increasing tourist attractions, namely by tourist attractions, especially regional cultural attractions.

This study aims to determine the motivation of farmers in chili cultivation and the factors that influence the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using the Likert scale. This research was conducted for three months, from January to March 2020. The research took place in Raanan Baru Village, Motoling Barat District, South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with 30 farmers who cultivate chili plants as research samples. Secondary data were obtained from the village office, the Motoling Barat sub-district office, South Minahasa district The results showed that the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village was found that sociological motivation had a high interpretation value of 443.3 percent in the hope that it could fulfill their economic needs. Sociological motivation arose because of the desire to strengthen harmony and exchange opinions among chili farmers. Economic motivation has a high value interpretation with a percentage of 464 percent. Economic motivation arises because of the desire to get a higher income which can have a positive impact.
