Traffic congestion and disorderly development of land will affect the development of cities. How to make efficient use of urban land is a major issue for cities. Based on this, the problems existing in the planning and construction of urban rail transit in our country were analyzed. The method of rail transit network layout, as well as the site size, site selection and spacing optimization methods were analyzed. The combinatorial network layout planning of Metro Line in a city was studied. According to the layout of rail transit stations, a layout optimization model was proposed. Three basic network layouts were used to lay down the subway lines in this city, and the site size, spacing and intersection points were planned. The effective utilization rate of urban land was increased, and people's travel time was saved, so as to provide a new idea for the layout of rail transit

The urban rail transport is the backbone of urban public transport. It alleviates urban traffic congestion and plays an important role. Survey and determination of the passenger walking time in urban rail transit station passages is the basic work to realize train coordination between lines and to reduce the passenger waiting time in transferring. The paper focuses on the passenger walking time on transfer pedestrians from the statistical point of view. Finally, Beijing Dongdan transfer station is selected as an example. This study has some practical applications.

Urban public transportation is the main effective way to solve the problem of increasingly congested city ground traffic, and public transport priority is the important guarantee to realize the way. Due to the short domestic history, there are problems to be solved in the respects of on the implementation of "public transport priority" in specific operation method, implementation measures and matters needing attention etc. Some oversea cities with high population density and serious traffic congestion have made some exploration in public transport priority development whose experiences are worthy of reference. Tokyo, the typical oversea city, has been selected out by this paper. Analysis has been down on the issue of the experiences and achievement of Tokyo in implementing the public transport priority strategy which is donated by urban rail transit, and experiences are summed up. On the basis of it, some suggestions have been proposed for the implementation of China's large cities public transport priority strategy.

In order to restrict the boosting of the voltage of the DC bus in the urban rail transit during the regenerative braking and enhance the utilization rate of the regenerative braking energy, two kinds of inverter based regenerative braking energy feedback schemes are studied, the features and application occasions of which are analyzed in detail. The simulation results verify that this method could effectively restrain the boosting of the DC bus and achieves the goals of energy conservation and reactive compensation.

Through a statistic analysis of the changes of land composition and land-use distribution before and after the completion of Nanjing Metro Line 1, this study summarizes the influence mechanism of the urban rail transit on urban land use and spatial development from the dimensions of time and space. After the on-site investigation and research of the urban land use and the spatial development in different type subway stations in the inner city and the new town area along Nanjing Metro Line 1, the influence mechanism is tested and verified so as to offer reference value for the benign interaction between the rail transit and urban land use together with the spatial development.

Urban Rail Transit is an important method of reliving traffic congestion problems of large and medium-sized cities and at the same time brings an increase in real estate price. Based on the relative researches from overseas and China, this paper, taking residential price around the first-stage stations of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 as the example, by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, reveals the different impacting regulations of the Zhengzhou Urban Rail Transit to the residential price along the route. Finally, this paper assesses the price increase of the buildings and obtains the quantitative data, which will be helpful reference to persons of Urban Rail Transit and the real estate business.

In the 21st century, the over dependence on cars in China’s urban development has led to a series of problems, which have seriously affected the development of contemporary cities. The problem of communication has become the bottleneck of the development of many cities in China. Therefore, the rise of urban rail transit is an inevitable trend. The construction and development of rail transit is an effective way to solve urban diseases, such as traffic congestion, traffic pollution, poor green travel environment and difficult parking. In the period of great development opportunity of rail transit, it is necessary to discuss how to scientifically plan urban rail transit system, promote urban intensive development and improve urban traffic conditions. Combined with the current situation of rapid development of urban rail transit in China, this article analyzes the main problems existing in the development of urban rail transit at present, and puts forward the guiding ideology and main countermeasures for the development of urban rail transit in the future: do what you can and develop steadily to effectively avoid the hidden dangers brought about by blind development; further strengthen the scientific nature of urban rail transit planning and maintain the seriousness of planning; further improve the investment and financing mode of urban rail transit. Some suggestions are also put forward for the key problems to be solved in the near future.

<p>With the continuous progress and renewal of science and technology in China, great changes have taken place in all aspects of people’s life<sup>[1]</sup>. The city is growing faster and faster. Economics, human culture and urban connotation have been greatly improved. It can be said that the progress of urban rail transit accelerates the development and prosperity of the city. The progress of rail transit provides people with great convenience. However, the phenomenon of traffic congestion has not been improved. The frequency of traffic accidents has not decreased. Therefore, researchers began to focus on the operation of urban rail transit operation safety management. This paper analyzes and discusses the safety management mode of rail transit, and finally draws a conclusion.</p>
