A centralized mode of protection and control system based on digital information is proposed, communications platform networking, information sharing standardized characteristics of intelligent substation. This model describes the centralized protection and control system architecture and its main hardware, research on the time required for the system strategy and the "triple nets" and other key technologies, and put into implemented and applied.
